"IN looking for a great place to take my friend for Mother's Day we drove down to thornhill to this location. Made reservations on open table and was aware tree would be a 10-15 minute wait once I arrived. When I had reached location out table was ready and I did not have to wait like many people. Service was good extremely busy so as a server I understand some of the delay time. FOOOD WAS AMAZING! My friend had a piña colada which she enjoyed.
Would recommend this location to everyone. 4 outta 5 stars."

"The food is excellent - steaks and ribs especially. We would say the steaks and ribs were among the best we have ever had. We liked the choice of sides - and instead of the usual baked potato, we had a bowl of beans (tasty) and apple slices (yummy). I kept the apples for my dessert which was a perfect finish. We went early and, by the time we left, it was pretty noisy.
The staff were very attentive and made sure that we received each of our selections as soon as it was ready, rather than when "our" waiter/waitress available"

"Dinner went great, ribs, prime rib, and catch of the day (seabass) were on par with expectations, didnt expect anything less. Pasta was a tad bland and chicken dry, didnt complain but our waiter Saeed did notice that it wasn't finished and although said everything was good, insisted on finding out why the pasta was the only dish not finished. And so we told him, and he told us he would take care of it. Outstanding service."

"Server could have been more cheerful. Lighting over the table too bright. Ahi tuna was good, but could have been excellent if more spices used and if it wasn't completely cold. I did request more sauce as it barely had a drizzle on it. Great potential for the restaurant to be excellent."

"Table right at the door. Requested to be moved but never happened. Waiter seemed in a hurry to get us out as qucikly as possible. Special menu was left in the dinner menu and had to "fight" to be able to choose from that one.
Overall not a very pleasant experience. Entrees arrived at different times."

"Waited for about 10 minutes to be seated with a reservation for 2 for 7:30 on Valentines Day which was fine. We got some seated at a booth fortunately since the place was jam packed with small tables to maximize profit that night seating as many tables as possible which made the experience not as good as it should have been. Tables were packed so close to each other that you would be rubbing elbows with the same ables around you. Our table did not have any settings and we had to ask for everything separately (napkins, forks, spoons, knives). Food was okay, there was no table touching at all. All in all, food was good but they could not handle the amount of tables seated as they were way overseated out of capacity which ruined it all."

"Was a little bit disappointed when I put in the notes of my reservation that I wanted a booth table and called in the restaurant to double check and they put down that I wanted a booth again. Although I had to settle for a bar booth i was quite disappointed when I reconfirmed with the restaurant twice that I could only get a booth in the bar."

"Seven of us had dinner to celebrate my Dad's 75th birthday. Food was well prepared and served on a timely basis.
The one irritation was that when my Dad ordered his meal, he meant to order the ribs with chicken breast combo, but he accidentally ordered just the ribs. When he asked the server when the food came, she just bluntly said that this was what was ordered and walked away. A manager came by and I guess he had overheard what happened, offered to get the chicken ordered. That is what the server should have done. My Dad is 75 and sometimes makes a mistake. He was calm and polite and owned up to it and declined the manager's offer. Server needs a refresher in basic manners and customer relations. Besides that, service was o"
