Are you tired of uninspired meals made with low quality ingredients? Do you feel that some restaurants just don’t care? Do you want great food at a fair price served with a smile?
BISTRO HENRY has been delighting Local and Visitor alike for over 15 years with a unique blend of southern French & northern Italian cuisine, an award winning wine list and outstanding hospitality. I guarantee you will be delighted as well. The lovely restaurant on top of the hill is also the home of Henry’s Summer BBQ & Dina’s VT Baking Company. There is a large deck with beautiful views for a relaxing cocktail or outdoor dining. The spacious restaurant can accommodate private dining and we will Cater nearly any type of party with our Mediterranean style or our Authentic BBQ. This winter we will offer our $25 Three Course from 5-6 PM nightly, $25 Tuesdays (3 courses $25 all night on Tuesdays, wine Wednesdays, the NINES (great dishes $9) on Thursdays. "I decided to try out a new brunch location since our normal spots were all booked. Bistro Henry was an hour drive through the Green Mountains and it was the best brunch I have ever eaten. The poached eggs were perfect, the flavors were spot on, and the service was excellent. They only have brunch twice a year (Easter and Mother's Day). I will be returning to Bistro Henry to try out their dinner menu. If they do so well with a menu twice a year, I am excited to taste their dinner menu."

"Decided to make reservations here and went on the research I did online based on the reviews of others about Bistro Henry. I was not disappointed at all. The ambience is pleasant and relaxing. Our server was knowledgeable about the items on the menu. I had a question about a certain menu item and what it had in it and instead of guessing, she immediately went to the kitchen and asked the chef about it and came back with the answer I was hoping for. Overall, it is a little pricey but certainly worth the money. The food was delicious. I had the sea scallops with ginger and risotto. My husband had the same but for dessert, he chose the flourless chocolate cake and it was awesome! Look forward to visiting this restaurant again."

"There is an outdoor patio. They serve BBQ in summer time, check ahead for the night. We had delicious foie GRAS, and I had the sweetbreads, always a good test. They were very good. Appetizer scallops were also good."

"In all honesty, I had been hoping to dine at Al Ducci's, but they're closed until May. My favorite restaurants are those with home-like, unique decor and chefs who source locally w/ a definite flair for creativity. Upon entering Bistro Henry, I immediately noticed the Huck Finn decor and was disappointed. For what I'd read online, I thought it would be much more individualistic and cozy. The staff was attentive, but not exactly warm; professional and courteous, though - no complaints. My friend and I shared three appetizers and had salads and wine. The mussels and salads were fine, the scallops, fair, and the mushroom ravioli, a let-down. Nothing wow-ed me, sorry to say. I wish I could say I'd return, but I won't be - not for the price."
