"Ive been coming to the Melting Pot for about 5 years now. This is my 2nd time at the Warrington location, and the experience was phenomenal. Food is outstanding, servings are plentiful, and the atmosphere around the restaurant is peaceful and inviting. My only quibble was that the service was slower and somewhat lacking from previous visits, though we chalked it up to being Mothers Day, and looked rather busy.But again, overall a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back again!"

"When we sat down the host asked if we had been there before and we said yes, numerous times since the previous location and then the server came up and said I hear you have never been here before let me explain the menu. During the course of the meal the server was nowhere to be found during most of the meal, it was hard to get drink refills and sauce refills. The cheese course came and the salads came right on top of the cheese. If this wasn't my wife's favorite restaurant I would NEVER return. The next time I will request an experienced server. My biggest complaint was lack of attention and lack of beverages."

"Very expensive, Reservation was for 12:30 pm and got out of the restaurant at 4 pm. Painfully long time...Not good if you have kids, they won't be happy waiting 3-4 hours. To top it all off you are paying all that money and waiting for hours and you have to cook your own food...We went because we heard the kids would love the cooking part, that is negated by the long wait...Also besides the meat, pork ,beef, chicken, there isn't much for kids that want a pasta or chicken nuggets....The staff was friendly and did a nice job but the whole process took up the entire day. I would not go back"

"I've been to the Melting Pot several times, all for special occasions. The service is always terrific, the restaurant is always clean and the food is amazing. The cheese fondue and chocolate fondues are great, and if you run out of dippers, they'll bring you more at no additional cost. They have a nice selection of fondues to choose from. The entree's themselves, I think, are just ok. This last time the adults all got salads. The kids meals aren't the most kid friendly, in my opinion. My 8 year old isn't the most adventurous eater, and likes the basics - chicken nuggets, etc. So she doesn't care for the kid entrees (plain chicken, pork, beef). I recommend the Fiesta Cheese fondue and Smores fondues! YUM!"

"Interesting concept, and cheese dipping was cool and tasted great. The main course didn't taste good and was a bad dining experience. Food was tasteless, and since you cooked pieces of it yourself, the timing was akward. We all pulled out cell phones to time the cooking, and conversation was limited. Dinner for 5 was almost $250, and the amount of food (bread chuncks, apple slices and little balls of raw meat) was probably purchased for $9.99."

"This isn't a restaurant you can go to often because of the $ but if you are looking for more than just dinner, this is your place. It's an experience on top of some great food. "We had 3 people dining that night an they only gave us one pot, which means only one choice for cheese and chocolate. When there is more than 2 people I think there should be 2 pots, because we had a hard time agreeing on just one cheese and chocolate we all like. "Too expensive for what you get. The amount of cheese in the cheese fondue was not enough to begin to satisfy the appetites of 3 people, two of which were ages 11 and 13. The "tiny" dishes with the veggies and apples were a ridiculus size for 3 people. I also suggest that you remove the marshmallow and rice krispy treats from the chocolate fondue. They are cheap and tacky. The cheesecake, which I normally love, was very below standard. A $20 lunch is not a cheap lunch and, at the least, I was expecting to leave with my appetite satisfied for $73, tip included, for lunch for three."

"Our reservation was 8:15pm but we werent seated for about 10 minutes after we arrived (on time). Everything was great, server (Kevin) was excellent, food delicious, and wine nice. The only critique was the wait for anything additional - I asked for extra apples and by the time I received them the cheese was practically finished; same at dessert - asked for extra dessert pieces but chocolate was done by the time they showed up."

"I'd like to start off by saying that the service was amazing! The gentleman who mixed our cheese fondue was cool and so was our waitress. The wrong cheese fondue order came out but he corrected it and got us the right one. You have to understand that you're basically cooking the food yourself and although some food items are seasoned, you're only boiling them pretty much. So the taste isn't going to be all that great. However, there are side sauces that come out. We would like try to out a difference cheese fondue next time and the DESSERT, oh my!!"

"I go out to eat at restaurants almost every other night, and I've been to some of the best ones. I have to say, The Melting Pot made my Top 5 list of best restaurants that I've been to so far. The food and service was great. I will definitely be returning!"

"I made a note on our reservation that we were celebrating our son's birthday. When we got to the restaurant, the host and the servers all wished my son a happy birthday and gave him a birthday card. I thought that was terrific.
The food is pricey and you have to cook it yourself, but that's part of the fun. The service was incredibly friendly and efficient, and my son felt fussed over, in a good way.
Highly recommend for a fun special occasion."

"I have been to this restaurant quite a few times, and there has never been an occasion that I didn't like it. This time though they went over the top. I asked them out their packages and set up a special evening using their "romance package" for me and my girlfriend. It was perfect. From the picture, to the rose on the table, to the rose petals and the toast. Overall it was amazing and my girlfriend enjoyed it too. The waitress, Sarah, was spectacular and always liven up the experience, and the manager when serving our main course came over and was so patient and informative.
They always go above and beyond when it comes to the experience and I just know that they will continue to do that. It was just an awesome evening."
