"We choose Zizikis because it was a place we have never been before. We took a chance and boy were we surprised! It was an excellent way for us to celebrate our fourth wedding anniversary! The food was wonderful, the service was helpful and genuine, and it was an experience we soon hope to repeat!"

"Was really disappointed given all the great reviews. Went there for sunday brunch and it was just ok. The food was good but the service didnt exist. The hostess actually beca,e our server because noone else would attend. I could understand this if it were busy,but the place was half empty.Had been there beofre years ago and really liked it. Would not go there again."

"My boyfriend and I go to Ziziki's fairly often, because the food is outstanding. Service is hit or miss. This time, my boyfriend decided to chat with Sean, the new manager to tell him about how we wish the service would be more consistent to match the excellent food. Sean was attentive and listened to our comments and indicated the reason he had just come to the Travis Walk location versus another location - same owners, was to improve the restaurant's service and to help the staff be better engaged with the customers, particularly the regulars. As a result, we will go again soon and see how Sean is doing with his mission."
