"We really enjoyed our dinner. The Best of Shrimp was excellent and my husband enjoyed the halibut. The only negative with the service was that our dinners arrived before we were finished with our salads. You don't expect something like that at a first class restaurant."

"We went to the Chart House Las Vegas as we normally do on our trips into Vegas. The food not only was outstanding as usually we didn't have a long wait at all. We had a 7pm reservation on a Friday night Mother's Day Weekend. We were in and out in 40 minutes which gave us more than enough time to make our show later down on the strip."

"We wanted some seafood while in Vegas and ended up here even though we were staying on the strip. We enjoyed our meals very much. The tables were a bit close to one another, but all the tables weren't seated so it wasn't bad for us. If the place was full, it might be a bit uncomfortable for those wanting a more intimate experience."

"We've been to other Chart Houses, most notably Lake Tahoe. While we were a bit disappointed that this particular CH did not have a salad buffet (with the high end items like caviar and carpaccio) that enamored us in Lake Tahoe, it was still a tremendous experience. We love everything about the CHGN: service, atmosphere, and most of all, the food, which included the stone crab claws - which took our collective breaths away.
We will definitely come back to CHGN. Thanks so much for making my Mom's birthday as low-keyed as possible. It was exactly the kind of birthday she wanted."

"Food was really good, service was good too, but it was really crowded and loud and we were crammed in like sardines. My party was four and we had a tiny table that we barely managed to fit our food on. The place is beautiful with a HUGE fish tank right in front with a tremendous amount of fish. You might find that a bit like looking at a pasture of cows while eating steak but I thought it was completely beautiful. I just wish that for the price they would thin out the herd a bit, and that would take care of some of the loud noise level too."

"We truly enjoyed our dining experience as the service was outstanding and our waitress checked back often without being intrusive. Our dishes were prepared to perfection. I had the Yellowfin Tuna and my husband enjoyed the stuffed flounder, both were excellent. Of course, we had to order the hot lava chocolate cake, so delicious! We had a booth across from the 75,000 gallon aquarium and it was a very unique setting. We were on vacation and truly enjoyed this restaurant experience."

"We were a table of 4. My husband was a CH mgr for years. My dinner did not come when all others did. I was very disappointed. The waiter didn't offer anything for the tardy meal. Again, disappointed. It didn't arrive for quite awhile. I feel it wasn't put in when the others were."

"My best friend and I chose this restaurant because it advertised a separate gluten-free menu. We were very pleased with the options on that menu. I chose the grilled salmon with steam vegetables and mashed potatoes. It was delicious. Definitely try the crab, avocado stack appetizer. Lastly, we were seated near the gigantic aquarium which is also a must see at the restaurant."

"Excellent food. Great, friendly service. Skip the dessert, though. We had the simple grilled salmon and the tomahawk lamb for dinner. Could not be beat! No leftovers. The hummus appetizer also so tasty. At first, they seated us right next to the fish tank. A bit too close for our comfort. No problem to move to another table. Our menus had our name printed at the top with a "Happy Anniversary" message. The waiter was helpful in offering suggestions and even asked if we wanted suggestions. We had a wonderful time to celebrate our special occation."

"Our server Beth was outstanding, courteous, efficient, knew the menu. My food was outstanding, I think only 2 of our 6 person group was disappointed, they felt their food was normal. The portions are large. The fish tank is outstanding and so beautiful, interesting and calming."

"We celebrated our anniversary at the Chart House on Valentines Day. The food was very tasty, and the service was top notch! Despite our delay in assembling our entire group on time, we were seated promply once all had arrived. Only thing I would have liked better would be letting us sit at our table when most of our group had arrived."

"The food was amazing. The crab, avocado and mango appetizer was spectacular. The restaurant has poor acoustics so it's noisy, but it's so worth it. The fish tank helps with the tranquility and provides a nice backdrop while dining. The staff was great too."
