"Great food, beautiful interior, excellent service. Not a fabulous location. Views of generic parking lot. Would I go again? Maybe...I've heard that the meatloaf is good. Was not in the mood for meatloaf when I went. The owner "made the rounds" while we were there but did not deign to stop at our table. Our waiter, Neal, was very solicitous and provided excellent service as did the other wait staff."

"Came to Medure on a Monday night (1/2 off bottles of wine!) with my Mom and boyfriend. It really is a great place to have a nice dinner. Apparently they had a bad kitchen fire that closed them for a few months, but the place looked awesome when we arrived.
We sat at the bar and ordered some drinks before being seated. All the specialty cocktails were really good. The beet salad was fantastic, as were the fish dishes. We had mahi, trigger, and salmon--all fresh and creatively prepared."

"If you live in Ponte Vedra Beach you know all about Medure. If you are visiting, you do yourself a disservice not to make a reservation. It certainly can compete with any sophisticated restaurant in NYC or LA. The food is exquisite, with a great menu with many selections. Even the bread basket is divine. The staff goes out of there way to accommodate without being intrusive. If you ae a dessert lover, be sure to order ahead as they are spectacular. You may goggle the menu yourself. I'm simply validating that we are frequent visitors and we've never been disappointed. We bring a range of friends from young to old and they too leave having been treated to a fabulous evening. The bar scene is delightful and there is dancing!"

"I took my elderly parents and sister who was visiting from Charlotte. We were celebrating her birthday. It was our first time to Rest. Medure and it was a wonderful dining experience. "David and his staff continue to excel - even after only being open a few weeks after a fire closed the restaurant for 3 months. Black Sea Bass,Mahi Mahi, Duck Breast with an onion sauce (OMG) and the chicken stuffed with prosciutto etc - yuuuuummmmmyyyyyy. Scott always has the right recommendation for wines, Shauna - service and recommendations :-) and for that special greeting - Chelsea and Kaleen. You would have a hard time finding cuisine and service at this level. Jill and Vince love it."

"I love Medure and chef Matthew always delights. I've been a dozen or so times - sometimes to just sit at the bar and have a drink, sometimes to sit at the bar eat and have a drink and sometimes just in the dining room. This time there was a VERY loud table of 12 next to us and it was noisy. The food was fabulous, but just not hot temperature wise. It tasted excellent, but I am just a little particular about it coming out hot. Only complaints...the rest was excellent."

"One of our favorite restaurants. Food is fresh, mostly farm to table, & innovative. We never have a bad meal. This night was a big birthday celebration, and we made the waiter aware of it..meaning we were there to drink as well as eat. Unfortunately the waiter ignored us and had an attitude. He also tried pre-selling dessert. The only item you have to pre-order is the soufflé. The waiter brought the 2 desserts (out of six people), never brought menus to ask if anyone wanted dessert after dinner. He was anxious to get us out of there - idiot-we would have kept drinking if he paid attention to us, as we usually have a hefty bar bill. Spoke to the owner, and there was compensation...but that wasn't the point. we wanted great service."

"Fabulous food and great atmosphere in general. However, we chose to forego dessert because there was a table of 6 next to us that were so loud we couldn't even hear ourselves talk. Two young ladies were very intoxicated and very "skreechy." This is not necessarily the restaurant's fault, but it was so obnoxious that we decided to leave before dessert."
