"Everything on the menu is overpriced. Start with the wine where a glass of riesling starts at $12. Maybe it is a luxury of living in Seattle, but I can get the same quality sushi for far less, the garden roll is $11 for example. Limited entrée menu with a third being steak, go to a steak place for that. Finally, in the sashimi part of the menu they list prices for two and four pieces, the four piece price is exactly double the two piece price, why list it if there is no price difference?"

"I discovered Sushi Roku through poolside chat. My fellow sunbather was a self proclaimed sushi addict, and recommended Sushi Roku as one of her top 3 restaurants to fuel her addiction. After her rave review of the restaurant, I immediately made reservations.
Upon arrival, I was impressed by the fact that the restaurant is located in the mall at Caesars, but that we felt like we were dining outside the mall. The view of the strip is amazing, if you are seated right next to the windows. Unfortunately, being it our first time to the restaurant, I didn't think to request "window seating". The view from our table was still good, as Sushi Roku's large windows offer the bright lights of the strip from any angle in the restaurant."

"I found this restaurant on Open Table and read the reviews. We ordered a hand roll and a sushi dish for starters. Both were fresh and flavorful but not big portions for the money. I had the salmon for dinner. It was delicious and generous size. My husband had a jumbo shrimp dish. It was served with homemade potatoes, an unusual choice but tasty. We would eat here again. We went very early so it wasn't crowded but it looks like a lively place with a nice sushi bar. Great decor."

"The pork appetizer is heavenly. All the rolls are very well done. Overlooks the strip and a great view at night. Great for lunch and happy hour too with specials and not too crowded. Do not let the mall atmosphere fool you--this is a great sushi spot!"

"Great quality fish but extremely poor sushi rice. Any good Sushi place should be judged on the quality of their rice. Their rice was mushy in the middle but hard on the outside with no flavor. Our waiter forgot about us but got the food out fast once he got our order. The seaweed salad and steak wrapped asparagus are acceptable dishes. This would be a good restaurant to try if someone else is picking up the tab."

"We wanted a nice place to eat that wasn't super expensive but provided sushi for the last night in Vegas. The view was fantastic as it overlooks the Strip and the resturaunt is beautiful.
All the food that arrived was fantastic - my favorite was the salmon carpaccio with fresh shaved truffle at the table. The table service gave it that extra special touch for our last evening and the flavors was perfect.
The staff were friendy, helpful, attentive, and they even gave me 1/3 of the dessert and adjusted the price accordingly! I was absolutely thrilled as it was the perfect amount to end the evening with. I will definetly return on our next visit."

"Most of the food items were terrific. The braised pork appetizer was awesome, as well as the King Crab Fried Rice, the Shrimp Tempura, Baked Cod, and Ribeye.
The Makato Roll was a bit steep at $22 and far too bland compared to the other roll we had. The edamame was also a bit overpriced and could have been salted more or prepared in a different way that would better warrant the price.
Overall, we had a great view of the strip and thought most of the food tasted great. I think we would go back again to try more of their signature appetizers and small plates."

"We had an absolutely marvelous time. The food was superb Japanese cusine and as authentic as you will find anywhere outside of Japan. The eggplant was amazing and something you do not find at many Japanese restaurants in the US. Each course was even better than the one before. Be sure to order the premium omakase and prepare yourself for a dining experience you will not soon forget. This time in addition to special oysters fresh from the Fukoka region that were incredible and an octopus that was so tender it reminded us of white fish.
The service was outstanding in every way from attentiveness to genuine desire to please."

"Sushi Roku is a true gem. My wife was born and raised in Japan while I am a native of US. We both absolutely love this place. The food is marvelous and as close to authentic Japanese cuisine as you will find anywhere. Each visit is more incredible than the last. Definitely recommend the Omikase (Chef;s selection) as a way to sample the icredible mixture of Japanese cuisine. The various courses will each WOW you and take you to new heights. Also the ala carte sushi is phenomental. The view of the strip is gorgeous both before and after the sun goes down. Service is wonderful too and compliments the setting and food.

"Nothing but great things to say about Sushi RoKu! I've been there several times and its always fabulous on all fronts. The sushi is truly one step above everything else I've ever had and melts in your mouth. (and I've had a lot of sushi!) Johnny (the GM) is very accomodating and even got me to try (and really like)a mushroom appetizer. (a big deal since I dislike mushrooms) The dish was also comp'd as well. Prices are also very reasonable vs others right on the strip. (its located in the Ceasars Forum Shops) If you're in LV and like sushi, you will not be disappointed with Sushi Roku!"

"We have a hard time finding decent sushi where we are from so we were super excited to try Sushi Roku in Las Vegas. We certainly were NOT dissapointed. The sushi was excellent! The services was great, with our server providing some great recommendations and pointing out some signature menu items we'd never seen anywhere else. The restaurant has great views of The Strip, which was wonderful since it was our first dinner out and we'd just gotten off the airplane maybe an hour before hand."

"Everything was great. We were seated quickly by a very nice hostess who greated us with enthusiasm and a genuine kindness. Our meals were timely brought to us by a great wait staff. We had a great time, the food was great, and it was a very nice atmosphere. Thanks so much."

"The restaurant is on the 3rd level of the forum shops at Ceasars Palace. It has a wonderful 'high view' of the strip where you can see everything. Adds a lot to the experience. Highly recommend."

"Terrific choices for both the sushi/sashimi lover and those of us that don't do sushi. The steak was amazing with it's special sauce, the butterfly shrimp with blanc sauce and homemade chips was excellent. Our guests loved the Blue Fin Tuna roll and two rolls. The edamame was crisp and yummy. The restaurant made it special with a Birthday cake and sparkly candle for our BD guests. A definite repeat visit will be in our future."

"To me sushi is something measured by freshness; great sushi feels like "butta" and has an ultra fresh taste. We sat at the sushi bar and enjoyed watching the chefs work and interact with us and everyone who entered the restaurant. Service was very good, but even the best server won't match the food served at Sushi Roku. Highly recommend this restaurant!"
