"I got an impression that this place lives on its past achivements, it is sort of going trough the motions, but the passion isnt really there, now its just about getting peoples money.
The waiter came with our entree, before even checking that we were done with the appetizer, and we were half way through the entree before he came back with our red wine, he was just gone, and we apparently became invisible, because none of the other waitstaff saw our signals.
Overall I would say that the food is good to great, but its dosn´t hit the 5 stars, that the prices reflect, but the real problem is the front of house and waitstaff, they are just not of a fine dining standard, they don´t know enough about food and wine to service the guests!"

"The view is spectacular just about any time of day for lunch or dinner. Why take a helicopter ride over the strip when you can drink and eat in comfort as the entire dining room rotates above the city?"

"The view was great. Our server was nice. But our steak came out rare and cold. Doug took it back and brought us a new one with no fuss. It's a spot that I would go to once and not be sad if i did not go back. But, we did get some nice photos taken of us."

"From the initial contact, customer service was beyond any expectations my wife and I had. The host Mr. Robert engaged the two of us with very warm and inviting communication. Our waitrest (who we regretfully can not not recall her name) was over THE TOP! We visited during the afternoon. The view was "BEYOND WORDS"! The revolving table was "BREATH TAKING". After a moment to adjust to the moving room atop THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS...the rest of our experience was something for everyone to live through at least once in your life..BUCKET LIST item for sure!"

"This is the best view of Las Vegas and a great place to have a nice dinner. Arrive before sunset so you can have full day view, then watch the sun go down as the restaurant gives a complete turn, and enjoy your dessert by the city lights, coming down at night. "We wanted something special to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday. This fit the bill. The view is jaw-dropping, service was excellent. The food is unbelievably expensive. $56 for filet alone. This price includes bread and nothing more. Salad was $13 and a twice baked potato was $12. Steaks were ordered medium, but cooked to medium well. My pork dish was very dry. We were too hungry to send them back. Total bill for 3 without wine or dessert was $224. This is a romantic place and I would recommend it for a special occasion. Be warned that finding the elevator is a circus!"

"This was a Birthday dinner and it was our first time their. We are locals but usually don't head to the strip that often. The food was amazing and cooked very well. "The dishes are great, from the taste to the size, no matter if you like seafood or steaks! Including the location with the outstanding view and the rotating restaurant it is worth the price! Service was also great, sometimes a bit too much when my wife asked not too continue serving water in our glasses the waitress could not let it be.
Actually one dish including a side is almost too much for one (normal) person. Especially the girls would have been happy with a starter or salad only, but the restaurant set some silly restrictions, means extra price if you share a dish or if your order does not reach 50$. I think such a place does not need this!

"This is a must have experience when you are in Vegas. The view is breathtaking. You move as you dine and see Vegas night life in full 360. Food and service were good as well. Waiter was informative and had some suggestions. Lobster Bisque was amazing and so was the steak filet for the entree. My wife had Mother's Day special and wasn't thrilled about the fried quail. Price is a bit high (200 for 2 people + the tip) but worth it if you want to have a unique experience. Do go to the Observatory deck on the top floor after the dinner to get a glimpse of Vegas in night time."

"I thought the menu was not very good and the food was way overpriced. We spent $250 on appetizers, dessert and soup for 4...no wine, no main course. Waiter was a bit short with our group and reminded us multiple times throughout the meal that we were obliged to spend a minimum per person. He was not as attentive to us as he was with guests that ordered wine and a meal, as if we were not 'worth his time.'"

"My first time here on top of the world nice place to eat while enjoying the view. A little disappointed because it's my Mom's birthday celebration and I thought they will have a little bit something /complimentary from the restaurant but nothing. "We visited TOTW for the second time and the experience was very good. Service from Brian our waiter was excellent as he was attentive and courteous . We had the Tasting menu with flight drinks which complimented each course. Quality of food was good and a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

"This is a great romantic or group setting! We really enjoyed going close to sunset so that we could enjoy both the daytime and nighttime view of the entire city as the restaurant slowly spins to give you the full 360 view ;) I would highly recommend this to everyone."

"Everyone was very friendly. The bread was delicious as well as the three different butters. The food was brought in a timely manner. We had pork belly which was very tender and the sauces were amazing. No complaints at all."

"The restaurant would be already good if it did not had the extra perk of the view. So, if you put both food and view together, you get a fantastic experience. The only "but" was our main waitress, who was not in her best day, but that was compensated by the other waiters (the one who served the water and drinks, the one who brought the food), who were super nice."

"My wife and I visited the Top of the World for Valentine's day and both the view and the ambiance made it really romantic. The steak was amazing. It wasn't "over-the-top fancy" considering the occasion, but my wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed it. The only thing to be aware of is the elevator situation. Since the elevators take a while to get up to the higher floors, there's a lot of waiting for and crowding once in the elevators."

"While a bit pricey it is well worth it. Food was incredible, I had a scallop and prawn dish, others in my party had the surf and turf, and rack of lamb. I had some of my husbands surf and turf OMG. The 360 view of Las Vegas, WOW! If you can time it right and catch the sunset and the lighting of the strip you won't be sorry. The staff, was fantastic super friendly and knowledgeable not only of food and beverages but Las Vegas itself.They put you at ease right from the start of your journey 106 stories to The Top the World."

"Celebrated our anniversary and could not believe how great the entire experience was. All the staff were friendly and eager to provide outstanding service. We felt that the dinner(Surf/Turf) was the best restaurant meal of our lives. Robert, the manager even stopped by the table. We are new to the valley and selecting Top of the World for our first nite on the town proved to be a great choice. Kudos, we will be back!"

"My husband and i attended with another couple and had the time of our lives. It was an unbelievable experience. Wonderful food in fact my husband swears he will never experience steak like that any where else so we will be back April next year when we return to Vegas for business again. "Had a great dinner. My foie gras with the granny smith apples was the only slight disappointment. A fork should slide easily through a pan seared foie gras. The horesradish encrusted 16 oz ribeye was delicious. The twice baked potato was huge and more than enough for 2 people to split. My wife had the pork with pancetta and it was moist and delicious."
