"We were a group of 12 and this restaurant is not cheap. Typically, a restaurant manager is kind and making sure everyone is happy. The manager on duty last Thursday night was the crankiest, rudest individual I have ever experienced. I have been chima a number of times and have always enjoyed. After this last visit - I will never return."

"Chima was fantastic, the entire environment is perfectly constructed and the service was top notch. I could have spent hours there letting meat fall onto my plate but my wife finally made me thrown in the towell. The staff was also very accommodating in catering to a special birthday request"

"The food quality was excellent. However, the service for both drinks and the hot meats from the kitchen was very slow. A little disappointed that the servers paid more attention to the big table of 20 people. But I would still go back there for the food"

"The hubby & I have gone to this location a couple of other times & when it's not a holiday & during the week it is a whole different experience. A much better experience! Would recommend this place during the week. Made a reservation for 5:30pm, got 1000 points, & went a bit earlier for the happy hour at the bar which was lovely.
We were the first ones seated in the dining area. It was very cool having the meat just circle around us for the first 20min before there were other tables seated. Felt very important & spiffy!

"My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary here. Our waiter Oz was fantastic as was the rest of the wait staff. The gouchos were readily there to provide the fantastic meats and the salad bar was awesome. I would recommend Chima to anyone."

"This was my second time going to Chima Steakhouse, in part because I wanted to ensure that the restaurant was as good as it was the first time. I can honestly say that this is now one of my favorite restaurants! The quality of the cuts of meat they offer are superb. The salad bar is always stocked. The drinks are delicious. The ambiance is excellent.
I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family."

"This is my second Brazilian steakhouse and Chima is the better one. Food is great and service surpassed expectation. The meat never stopped coming. The waiter got us the meat we wanted when we thought we had to wait. We asked for water, expecting tap water, and was surprised that we were charged $6.50 a bottle (about 1L). Don't remember seeing that on the menu. Otherwise, had a great time. Will definitely go back again."

"First time to dine here and we were not disappointed. Salad bar was out of this world! Plentiful with lots of delicious, fresh choices that you wouldn't normally see on a salad bar.
Wait staff was attentive without hovering. Meat selections were excellent, well cooked and flavorful. Definitely will return, but save for a special occasion, as it is a little pricey, but well worth the money."

"The food is Great steak ribs chicken all types cant go wrong with Chima take her there if you want to impress her. It is a little pricey 58$ per person but well worth it 5× better than Feugo de chou except for the salad bar that could be better."

"Took the family here for Mother's day. Eating here is more than just going out, it is a great family experience! The food is amazing and plentiful but the bets part is the fantastic service. You don't have a server, you have a team of servers and the meat chefs. The kids loved trying all the meats and found the swordfish to be a real treat."

"We told our server when we were seated what items we were most interested in and how we liked them cooked, one of which was lamb chops. Had to ask three more times before we saw any lamb. Same thing with the filet. We generally like our meat medium to medium well, which we also told them, and that seemed to be an issue as well as they kept bringing rare. For the price you pay here it should be better I think."

"Saw the menue on line and could not resist to give this place a try. In retrospect perhaps not the ideal romantic place for our anniversary , but it was a totally different experience and worth every bite. We will defiantly come back with our kids and a group of friends. Did not care about the large screen TV showing some kind of concert - the volume was turned off and all we saw was skinny women - not something I want to see while eating a month worth of meat! Turn off monitor or have the sound on! The waiters seemed to be frantically roaming around the room - left me wonder a bit about the quality of the food."

"Excellent meal and service. Salad bar can be purchased alone or in combination with the meat and fish selections that are brought to your table. The full meal, salad bar and meats is $50. Well worth it. The salad bar is probably 75 linear feet of fresh garden and seafood salads, cheeses, vegetables, soup, beans, beats. Well you get the idea."

"Overall experience is great! Only one thing, we felt so embarassed by the receptionist who guided us to our table. She is so tactless when she said I being the female guest should be sitting against the wall and not my husband. But my husband is suffering from back pain. She made my husband look so ungentleman? Why? She should not be suggesting to guests which side of the table should a man or lady sits. Just show the table and let them feel comfotable. And let the guests know that the food server assigned to their table will be available in a few minutes."

"I say that this is a good place for a special occasion because of the price. Three of us dined for $230 including a tip. It is all you can eat salad bar and carved meats, but just how much carved meat can you justify for everyday dining? The meat tends to be on the salty side. The vegetable rice was flavorless and the black beans were not too great either. The vegetable soup was actually vegetable puree. Texas D Brazil is much better (beans and rice are really good and the Lobster Bisque is outstanding)."

Customer service was great...everyone helpful and attentive...definitely a one team environment and it shows...my boyfriend actually said it was almost way too nice as a joke. "Felt extremely rushed by staff. Before we even turned our cards around they piled around our table. Noticed many unpleasant gestures and plenty of finder pointing from staff. We were only there for 1 hour and 40 minutes and they wanted us out (party of 5). The restaurant was not even crowded. I've been at this place many timnes, but now I'm more disappointed than ever. I called the manager, MArk, after I left to communicate my concerns."

"Absolutely awesome. The food was excellent and you really could make a dinner out of the salad bar alone. The service was wonderful and the service was great! The only thing troubling was where to enter if u r not familiar with the area. What we thought was the front of the restaurant was actually the side of the building. They need to put adaquate signage so people can see it from the car when they arrive. This was the best Brazilian restaurant we've ever gone to. We'd love to see this in New Jersey.A little pricey but well worth it. If you are not a meat lover or don't really eat that much,you can choose the unlimited fish which I did. I wasn't as expensive and was just enough without going overboard. Excellent !!!!!"

"Still great dining experience but a $10 hike in the price is a bit over the top so we now have to think twice before going as we are already light eaters. However, I do still highly recommend dining here as the quality of the food is very good and the servers are very attentive. The salad bar is the best."
