"The food, service and caipirinhas at Chima are the best in town. Can't compare to Texas de Brazil. The salad bar has better variety, the rice and beans are better and the caipirinhas are made with real fruit. We will keep coming back!"

"Beautiful dining room. Great salad bar,well made and quality ingredients. Fresh and juicy meat. Desserts a little overpricy but worthy specially the tiramisu. Resuming if you are looking for good food and you are ready to spend between 70-100 bucks per person this is a very good place to go. I definitely will come back again."

"We love Chima for a special occasion dinner. We had an excellent server - Eduardo - who was attentive, friendly and not over bearing. He didn't rush us through our meal and made us feel that we were his most important table! We love the food (especially the lamb chops) and always have had a great meal when we go. We like bringing out of town guest to Chima for the experience! Thank you!"

"Have dined there many times and a favorite in Fort Lauderdale. Salad bar is very nice. Some of the meats were inconsistent in quality (tough) but overall a good dining experience. Good variety of meats and seafood. Mashed potatoes very runny. VERY expensive at $49.00 per person, cocktails also on the high price end. If you go to their web site and register, they send you a $20.00 discount coupon."

"We were so surprised as we could not eat any more.
There was 2 cuts of meat that had so much salt, that it ruined our appetitites, and we dont mind salt to begin with. To top it off, we are meat lovers.
We had a $300 gift card, and its too bad we didnt enjoy the meat...The wine is great, we ordered a $65 bottle, and the salad bar-great."

"A crew member recommended Chima. I always wanted to try the Brazilian style dinning. I love meats and the cuts are all prime.
It's was a magnificent experience, I enjoyed it so much I took my boyfriend a day later. He said we're coming back here, he loves it.

"The restaurant's food and service are very good. One area for improvement is the reservation pontuality, I made a reservation for Saturday night at 8 PM and I was there 5 minutes before and the table was occupied. I was called at 8:25 PM and seated at 8:30PM. This is the third time that I used Open Table to make a reservation at Chima and the third time that happen, I believe it is a disrespect of my family's time."

I kept apologizing to my friends for having recommended the place. Wait staff was very unattentive and hurried. It took four wine selections from their list before they had what we ordered available. "I have been to Chima many times in the past 8 years, usually for a birthday or other special occasion and was always satisfied. I was extemely disappointed in this experience, which was to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Although the service was initially prompt and courteous, after the wine arrived and we began requesting service from the carvers, we were repeatedly ignored even when they were approaching the table next to us. They appeared to know the young lady at that table and every carver approached her. I saw our server ask them for the cuts we requested, so she cannot be blamed. They approached with the cheaper cuts of beef, but were AWOL with the tenderloin. I will go somewhere else next year. Not worth the $180 I spent."

"this is one or maybe the best Rodizios or "churrasquerias" in South Florida. They close at 9pm in Sunday, my reservation was at 7.45 and I got my table on time, the place was at 75% full at that moment, however after 8pm we start seeing most of the tables checking out and the service slow down a little, anyway a really good place and I'll go back anytime soon. My favorite, the picanha, the sirloin and the Filet Mignon; the salad bar was awesome. Valet Parking rate $5 (reasonable). Very nice experience overall."

"This was an exquisite restaurant that offers traditional Brazilian cuisine. The meats were prepared on skewers and delivered by traveling carvers that portioned and delivered your specific needs in preparedness (rare, medium, well etc.)The price was not inexpensive but well worth the money for the experience. All peripheral dinner aspects were buffet style with an enormous salad/sides bar offering just about every possible appetizer. The meal will include hot sides delivered to the table by your serving team - yes team. Those will include deep fried bananas, mashed potatoes and fried palenta.
This steak house comes with my highest recommendation."

"We have been going to Chima for years and it is by far the best Brazilian steakhouse in South Florida. The salad bar cannot be beat and the meat is consistently excellent. Even the salmon and swordfish (with the passion fruit sauce) are REALLY good!
The service is always excellent as well!
I've been to Brazil and all the local chains, Chima is still #1!"

"Although the food was good, I was very disappointed by the way the check was handled. I brought in a $150 gift card to partially pay the bill but instead was credited only $125. Our "hostess" disappeared after dropping off the credit card printout so getting an explanation became a waiting game. We left a little bit deflated. Will not be going back."

"Outstanding food. However, I would be willing to pay extra 10 bucks in order to have more beef offered! Excellent wine list offered on iPad along with details making it even for newbies easy to find a nice wine. One point I would suggest to the management: selection into red/white should be possible. Not onlz by grapes."

"Horrible server, loudest restraunt I have ever been to and the meat tasted like an old shoe! Waiter seemed to not be into us because we probably didn't look like we were millionaires. Worst place EVER!!! I use to like it, Charlotte NC was MUCH better experience. I will never go back. This was not a nice place for a family of anniversary."

"This was the best dining experience I have had in a long time. My wife only eats chicken but there was plenty of other items to induldge her tastes as well. The service was phenominal and on point even though the place was extremely busy. We sat without a wait. Ther servers were incredible and very fun to be around. The food was very delicious and I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a great place to eat tremendous tasty and enormous portions."

"The food here was amazing. One warning, go hungry! The food does not stop, an by food I mean the meat. They will just keep coming around and refilling your plate as long as you let them know you want more! All of the beef was amazing and the chicken was very tender and delicious."

"Would I eat again at Chimas? Sure, but I'd have to make sure to skip the salad bar next time. Although it is quite refreshing to the taste buds, you want to save your stomach for the variety of luxurious meats they offer at Chimas.
Upon sitting down, my date and I were greeted by our servers and immediately thrown into the ultimate dining experience. Waiters are graciously moving about the room, the food is griping ahold of your senses and families, friends and lovers are all around, enjoying their special moments together."

"We have eaten at Chima every year when we visit on vacation. Never experienced so much burnt meat as we did on Easter Sunday. Chicken and pork was overcooked and ribs were burnt. Salad bar and service were terrific as usual. Perhaps they were overwhelmed by early Easter Sunday diners."
