"This was my 1st time at Redstone but it won't be my last! My "Redstone" burger was cooked perfectly with huge slabs of bacon, cheddar cheese and a tangy BBQ sauce on top! Our server could not have been more helpful. Our soft drinks were replenished without even asking.
Even though we were warned ahead of time about the size of the desserts, we both ordered our own. My friend had the chocolate cake with ice cream, and I had the warm chocolate chip cookie sundae! It was served in a cast iron frying pan with 2 huge scoops of vanilla ice cream, topped with whipped cream, candied pecans and caramel syrup! I couldn't even eat a quarter of the cookie,but I tried to eat as much of the ice cream as possible. I took a big slab of cookie home!"

"Greeted very nicely, awesome service, given a fresh fork after the apps, extra blue chees crumbles. The one salad had a little too much dressing, that cost you the critical 5th star. Also out of 2 fish specials on a Wednesday at Noon?????? Will be back again."

"Having been here several times, there always seems to be a wait; however, the staff was wonderful and kept us up to date. The manager, Michael M., was especially nice, giving personal attention throughout the wait, dinner and after. The food is excellent. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal there. The wait staff was very attentive. I highly recommend it."

"Celebrated my mother's 86th birthday. My mother is picky, but absolutely loved the "homemade" soup, the turkey burger and the sinful chocolate cake. Other family members loved the choices and the quality and taste of the food. Outstanding service with knowledgeable servers."

"We really liked the inside and the food/service was great but outside there were two separate incidents of guys that were way too drunk at 6 PM at night. Not to mention it's too crowded at the outside bar. The bartenders outside need to learn to cut people off."

"I love the ambiance, the dark wood, the classy bar, the open pit rotisserie next to the open kitchen. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Noise level surprisingly low. Every entree is perfectly prepared with the right amount of seasonings. Service was very good. I'd go back with anyone, any age."

"Don't get me wrong, the food was great. Great rotisserie which you can;t much of anymore outside of fast food. The service was on the ball and the atmosphere was nice. With that being said, I found it to be highly over priced. I suppose I would say it was 4 star prices at a chain quality. I had gotten a combo type of plate. My chicken was cool and my ribs had bone shards. As I said, chain quality."

"but a tad overpriced for what you are getting. Had a business lunch here on the spur of the moment and it was a fine venue for that. This is a good place for a decent (but not great) meal in a nice ambiance. This isn't adventurous or even high end eating (priced that way, however), but a good choice for those who don't like to be surprised."

"The Redstone Grill was great! The restaurant was recommended by a coworker, and it lves up to all the hype he gave it. The buffalo shrimp was devine and extremely popular. Our server Brian was wonder too, attentive without being over the top and was knowledgable too. I will return to the Redstone to try the outdoor dining next time."

"My husband and I always have a good time when we go to Redstone. The staff is fabulous! Attentive but not over bearing and always ready to please. We have never had a bad experience with the food- from steak and fish entrees to the best burgers (the Redstone burger is our favorite) to fun and delicious desserts and a great bar. All that and they are still very kid friendly. Highly recommend it for a date night or just a night out with the family."

"The restaurant was out of iceberg lettuce for the wedge salad - hardly believable since they are next door to a Whole Foods Market. My Caesar salad consisted of 5 small leaves of romaine and barely anything else, pricey and not very good.

"Not a great place for kids - the kids' menu is very limited. Service is ok - we went on a Sunday around 5 pm and they were out of a few items (bread, tuna....). The outdoor bar was jumping - it's probably a good place for a drink and a burger outside. Have been twice but won't likely go back."

"My husband and I both ordered dinner specials. I had Arctic Char, which was similar to Salmon but a little less fishy. It was very good. My huaband had Chicken Fettucine Alfredo, which was out of the norm for Redstone, as I have NEVER seen a pasta on their menu in all the years we've been going there. They should add some to their menu, as it was the freshest pasta we have ever had. It literally tasted like you could picture the Chef using the manual pasta machine and cranking out the ribbons of pasta. Yum! Drinks are always great - Pineapple Doli can't be beat. And love the outdoor bar and scene now that it's getting warmer. Two thumbs up as usual for Redstone."

"My husband and I have been to Redstone for special occasions a few times now and we are happy each time we decide to celebrate there. The only issue we ran into this time around was my husband ordered steak with blue cheese and they forgot to add the blue cheese. We made mention to the staff and they corrected the issue immediately. Food is great, staff is great, ambiance is fantastic. We'll continue to celebrate our special occasions there!"

"Hostess and staff were unknowledgeable, they both had to read off a sheet to say their favorite item on the menu which happened to be the most expensive. I got the scallops which were cooked properly and very good, I would definitely reccomend them. My friend got a steak which was cooked properly but the tastes of a 35$ steak wasn't there. Overall it would've been a much more enjoyable experience if the staff knew the menu better. This is why you should generally avoid formulaic chain restaurants."

"We arrived on a Monday night. Place was packed, but our res was honored, and we sat immediately. The lighting was weird - place is dark w/spotlights on the tables(??) Food was average, at best. I had an entree salad - Asian chicken or something. The chicken was chewy, but the veggies were OK. Dining companion had a "daily catch" fish - sea bass. Fish itself was OK, but rice and veggie sides were nothing special. I thought it was way, way too pricy for what it was. The fish entrees were all in the $30+ range. This is comparable to prices at some of Center City's best restaurants, and the food at Redstone is .... well, food you get at a chain restaurant in a mall parking lot. I would not go again."

"I have been to Redstone on several ocassions and this was the first time I can say I had real issues there. Chalk it up to being unprepared for a busy evening. I made my reservation on Open Table and was ushered to my table through a large crowd waiting to be seated. Our server, very pleasant, came over promptly to great us. After looking over the menue we ordered. We waited for our main course about an hour, and during this time had free appetizers. The food arrived cold, we ate it anyway. The waiter offerd free desserts which we took. They tried real hard to please which was great. They were clearly overwhelmed that evening. I appreciate their efforts to make it right on a bad night."

"Seatign was running late even with the reservation but they told us immediately upon arrival and there was space at an outside fire-pit to sit and wait. Was waited on there, promptly, for a glass of wine.
I enjoyed the evening quite a bit."

"The food is dececent but not worth the price. Other "steak" resturants have way better service and cater more to their patrons (no refills, had to ask for bread, waitress continually reached across my face while I was eating, etc...)"
