"Our server was friendly and the food was fine, however when we got to the restaurant there were only a few tables outside in use with several available. We were told it would be 45 min before we could be seated outside which was the sole purpose of going there that evening. This was very disappointing. Having been to this restaurant before and being underwhelmed then, if I ever return it will be a long time. They are very unaccomodating at Tucci's and there is nothing that I love so much that would make me overlook their inadequacies."

"I went for dinner on Mother's Day with my family. The only bad thing was that they ran out of the short ribs that I desperately wanted. My son and husband both had the filet with a side of fingerling potatoes. Both the steak and the potatoes were excellent. My daughter had the pasta with marinara sauce off the kids menu ($4!!!!), it was also very good. We had a wonderful petit sirah, and enjoyed the evening. Can't wait for the weather to warm up to enjoy one of the best patios in Columbus!"

"The place is beautiful and the outdoor seating is calling me back for happy hour! But, the pasta dishes were very disappointing. They had great eye appeal but the flavor was very bland - just seemed like it was missing something. I had the shrimp tochio and my husband had the baked rigatoni. I was surprised to see that the baked rigatoni had shrimp - the menu was limited, so good thing we like shrimp. I don't think a limited menu should have two items with shrimp. Oh well. Mine was just OK - My kids had the burgers and fries - good - but the rolls could have been better. Our salads were good size and filled with good things, but the dressing was really tasteless - ! My husband said he wouldn't go back -"

"The filet had to be sawed with a knife and had no flavor. The chicken in the pasta dish was dry except for that underneath the over oiled pasta. My salad order was wrong and the waitress's response was that it's hard to find good help. Otherwise, she was attentive. We will not be returning."

"Tucci's is great. We had the scallops appetizer, which was delicious. I had the arugula salad, and that was also terrific.
For entrees, I had the baked rigatoni, which was absolutely phenomenal. I couldn't even come close to finishing it, and it made a great lunch the next day as well.
My wife had the beef short ribs, which came in a giant bowl with all the sides stacked underneath the short ribs. It was also just great.
I'm often disappointed at high-end restaurants locally because it always seems like 1-2 dishes just aren't very good, and thus are a huge waste of coin. This has NEVER happened to me at Tucci's. They seem to care greatly about every single dish.

"We were lucky enough to get the table in the wine room - so we had a private room all to ourselves which was wonderful as the rest of the restaurant was pretty loud. The tables are a bit crowded and when it's busy, it gets chaotic. The food was very good though (better in fact than the other two times I've been to this restaurant) and we found two very good wines on their list. Since I usually try to avoid going out on Valentine's Day, I wasn't looking forward to this, but it turned out very nice."

"We celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday Sunday, February 3. We dined early because it was Super Bowl Sunday so arrived at 4 p.m. There were only a couple other tables. "My sister and cousins had a girls weekend out, and we chose Tucci's based on proximity to our hotel and a great deal - $25 per person for three courses. the food was delicious - served beautifully. the one thing that bugged me was receiving a bit of a cold shoulder from the server when I showed her my coupon. I felt like she dismissed us because we used their 'deal.' she was attentive but you could tell she felt like, oh, these women aren't going to tip much. other than that, a great evening. i would definitely go back. My steak was delicious!"

"Overall the experience was very good. Wine was excellent, Lemon martini my wife had was excellent as well. Service excellent. Food very good including dinner and entree. What was less than satisfactory was the Silk Pie selection served for dessert. Both my wife and I found it very poor. In fact a store bought Marie Callendar's Silk Pie would have been better than what we were served. Outside of the dessert the dinner was very good, an excellent vaule for the price, great atmosphere and a place we will return to in the future."
