The Iberian Pig
The Iberian Pig offers a new concept to diners looking for something out of the ordinary. Combining the tastes of Spain, with a fresh, eclectic, American social atmosphere. The focus of the menu is on traditional cured meats and Spanish cheeses, tapas, salads, cocas (flatbreads), and main plates. There is also a major emphasis on the beverage side with a phenomenal wine list comprised of selections from Spain, Chile, and Argentina. And last but not least, the bar at The Iberian Pig is aimed to bring back the lost art of building classic cocktails, and celebrating the unsung bartender as an artisan of sorts. Ranging from faithful classics to signature cocktails of culinary inspirations, each drink is crafted skillfully, and with great passion.

"I absolutely loved the place the first time, but the second experience was just luke warm. Just couldn't get excited about the food. Molly the server was very nice and attentive. I'd like to see a few more seafood and vegetarian items on the menu."

"the first time we ate there, we were blown away. but recently, since they've started getting rave reviews, less impressed.

"I was a big fan of the Iberian Pig. Dinner started with great cocktails. It was very crowded and noisy at the bar, we don't mind the noise, so it was not an issue with us. The bartenders were friendly and very attentive. Dinner was fantastic, our waiter was energetic and friendly. Our food came quickly and everything was great."

Service was outstanding! From the hostess to the manager - all went
well above and beyond. Food was delectable. So many great flavors.
We ordered the pork cheek tacos, burger with eggplant fries, veal shank
ravioli, bacon wrapped dates, asparagus with egg, foiench toast w/ foie gras
and churos with the best chocolate sauce I've ever tasted for dessert.
Will most definitely be back, just as soon as I work off the 2 lbs I gained.
(only recommendation would be to have more lighter fare menu items,
as these were all very rich and heavy, but sooo delicious!!)

"This is a great place all around while taking my mother out for dinner to celebrate Mother's Day, while visiting from the west coast. While tapas have been considered cool and trendy for some time, most places do it poorly. Everything we ordered was excellent. The service was great as they were both attentive and excellent at providing recommendations. The only 2 downsides were that we a) had to wait 30 minutes after our reservation time to be seated b) they were slow to provide the bill. I would definitely go here again."

"This is like so many of the new trendy spots. Not a refined atmosphere; a lot of rough wood, no tablecloths, dark. The server was very helpful about the tapas type plates. The dessert menu was so heavy on chocolate that a person who cannot have caffeine late at night could not get a dessert that was not ice cream. Will probably not go back given the fantastic options in Atlanta ."

"We chose Iberian Pig to celebrate our 4th anniversary and it was fantastic! Our server was friendly and knowledgeable and the ambiance was busy and energetic but quiet enough to have a conversation. Menu highlights for me were the bacon wrapped dates, the asada flatbread (I forget the full name) and the flourless chocolate cake. Plus, they serve dancing goats coffee (my favorite). We'll definitely be back for sure."

"I was with a large party at the "Pig" this weekend and they sat us in the upstairs dining area. The food was excellent, as usual, and the service was quite good. It's very pork heavy as the name would imply, with lots of smoky bacon as a main component of the food, even some of the cocktails. The gripe I have is with the upstairs space; the ceiling is relatively low with hard surfaces, so the noise level is so high that you have to yell to carry on a conversation. Our waiter literally shouted the specials at us and I could barely hear him. Not a great place for conversation while dining."

"We go to the Pig for special occasions such as our anniversary or birthdays. We've been going for years and have never had anything negative either with the food or service. We also take out of town guests to the Pig.
The house Old Fashioned with maple syrup and bacon infused rye is outstanding! We've had a good portion of the menu and can honestly say every single item has been amazing it its presentation and taste. The cabrito (braised goat) is especially delicious - not a hint of gaminess. The octopus is amazing!
The staff is well trained and attentive. Leigh Ann the manager is excellent at guest relations and of course the kitchen led by Chad is glorious.
You'll spend $100 per couple, but it will be worth every penny!"

"A Friday night out with the girls was fabulous at Iberian Pig! We shared a bunch of tapas-- loved the variety of food and it was all delicious. Had a glass of the "pretty darn good" red (the cheapest one) and it was great too! "I've been to Iberian Pig more times than I can count, and as always this was a top notch visit. Service was great, food delicious. We enjoyed the bacon-wrapped dates, an old favorite, and also tried the pork belly for something new. I'm going to have to work that into the rotation, as it was excellent. The asparagus with a poached egg and lemon hollandaise was very good, and I requested some bread to sop up the delicious eggy sauce mixture. I'll return again and again."

"This was our second visit, was nothing special. Service was pleasant and ok. Food was delivered sporadically, so none of the four of us actually managed to eat all at the same time. The menu has changed since our first visit and seems to have become too fussy. Too many ingredients, sauces etc. Probably wouldn't go back, although we are big fans of SUGO."

"My wife and I recently went here for our 16th anniversary. I noted our anniversary on our Open Table reservation, and the restaurant staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. They saved a special table for us, and even had a card for us signed by what looked to be everyone on the staff! Excellent food, great drinks, and a fantastic server. I highly recommend this restaurant!!"

"My first visit, took a lot of the waiter's recommendations and was not disappointed. The Iberian Tasting was a great intro to the cured meats and whatever sauces they paired with the cheese sampler were amazing. They were offering a first-run WA salmon appetizer that may be the best salmon I have ever tasted. Everything was delicious. My only suggestion would be to add a few lighter and/or sweeter menu options. Even the asparagus has pork in it, as well as an egg and after two glasses of wine and a lot of meat and heavy dishes I was thirsty and craving something cleaner or lighter. Perhaps we could have chosen better. It's loud but ever place is these days."

"I love Iberian Pig. We decided to go last minute for our anniversary and I put a note in our reservation. When we got there, an anniversary card was on our table signed by the staff. The food was excellent- we shared several tapas. Pork cheek tacos are amazing! As is the machego Mac and cheese. They also comped our dessert and gave us a menu signed by the chef. Great night!"

"This was our second visit to "Iberian Pig." We weren't supper-hungry, so we had 4 tapas and a salad for the two of us. All the selections were really good, though I would have expected more than 2 ravioli. Our wine was delightful. Server was attentive and knowledgeable. Our main complaint was that even though our reservations were for 8:30 PM and we rushed to get there, we were not seated until after 9:15."

"The food and service were excellent. We particularly enjoyed the BWD and the Morelli and Mushroom toast. They did a great job with timing the delivery of the various dishes; not too rushed and not too much waiting between bites. Drinks from the bar were a little slow, but it was quite busy."

"Not sure why they take reservations because we were not seated until 30 minutes after our reservation time, and that was after we questioned the hostess. Sangria was very good and the bacon wrapped dates were nice. Otherwise, the food was very overpriced and the portions are mini-tapa sized ... eggplant fries, 7 fries for $5; braised veal shank ravioli, 2 chewy ravioli for $9; 4 pieces of asparagus with ham bits and a poached egg for $7; lamb ribs, 3 baby ribs for $12. Served us the lamb ribs after the expediter had let it rest on someone else's table, and looked shocked when we sent it back. Service was rushed. $75 for five tapas and a liter of sangria, and we left hungry. Restaurant is loud and dark."

"Took our niece here who was visiting Atlanta to visit Emory and sat outside on a nice Atlanta evening. We have been here several times and truly enjoy it each time and come away with a different view on the food. This time we tried the meat and cheese platter appetizer - so very good other tapas places in Atlanta can not compare to the quality of the meats. The Sangria was also very good! Will continue to come back!"

"Just had a birthday dinner at Iberian Pig on Monday April 15th. The place was packed! On a Monday night that should tell you all you need to know. But here is some info anyway. The 7 of us just ordered tons of small plates to share. Great food and fun waitstaff. Our waitress was so helpful with numbers, amounts and detailed descriptions of each choice . Plus they have an amazing wine list. We topped it all of with the warm chocolate cake, YUMMY! We need to go Piggin' more often."
