"Food is very good however the service is disappointing and the valets are somewhat rude.
They did not come to car in rain with umbrellas for the ladies.

At dinner we had a waiter who had a bit of an attitude. He said the specials and my wife missed a couple and asked him if he could say them over again and he said "I thought you said can I rollover again" and looked at her strange. Not funny at all and needless to say I was less than happy. Did not say anything because it was our friends birthday but very inappropriate and uncalled for."

I reside in Los Angeles but travel often and make an effort to dine in the finest restaurants in the country. I've had the honor of experiencing Vetro 5 times and purposely waited to write my review until I was certain it was for real. I can now assure you, it is. From the professional Valet service and Maitre'D, to the impeccable table service beginning the moment we were seated, to the spectacular yet reasonably priced wine selection, to the delectable and exquisite menu specializing in cuisine from almost every region of Italy -- Vetro is everything a fine dining establishment is supposed to be ... and more.
We were even personally greeted by the owners and World renowned Chef, Michael DeGeorgio. 1st Class."

"What can I say, everything was spectacular. Best food, service, and ambiance I've had in quite some time. I went there for my graduation dinner and we were given toasting drinks on the house. Plenty of food - all of which was superbly complimented by the simply outstanding service. Bravo! Definitely will return."

"Sat at the bar for a cocktail well before our scheduled dinner. We ordered 2 simple drinks a pinot and a Stoli Club. The bartender poured a finger of Pinot from an empty bottle into a glass, then opened a new bottle and poured more into the same glass. This is a classy place - not. Then poured a stoli over ice w/a splash of soda. proceeded to tell how great of a mixologist he is. Then begins to tell us that he was hit by a car on three separate occassions and survived. He continues by saying he is a mixed-martial artist and has been fighting for 28 years even though he is only 34. CRAZY! Tried an app of Mozz and Pros - it was horrible but the bartender defended it even though he didn't know what was supossed to be in it. So we left."

"Horrible service. All food was delivered late. Arrived at 8:45 the maincourse was served at 10:09 rediculous. Fish dish wasnt what was on the menu. We had excellent ceasar salad. Then mozzarella en carossa delicious. My special was the tuna. It was superb."

"Visited Vetro's for a business lunch this week having never been to a restaurant in the area. As requested we were seated in a less crowded area of restaurant. Our waiter Julian could see we were focused on discussing things so he offered to bring us appetizers and several dishes to sample as we talked. We talked and the fabulous food and service just continued to flow. The manager came by to confirm all was to our liking. all was. the selections picked were delicious. This is the first open table review I have written but could not allow the top notch people at Vetro's and fantastic food to go unrecognized. Thanks Julian."

"What can I say??? Frank Russo has done it again, and has a fabulous restaurant here. I've been to a few parties at Vetro in the past, but wanted to have dinner there in a "non party" atmosphere. The place was fabulous!

"I went with a party of six and most of us were first timers to Vetro's and we all loved it. We can't wait to go back. Our server new exactly what to recommend to eat. He had an extensive knowledge of the menu and was able to answer all our questions. Besides the service being outstanding, the food was delicious. We also loved ending our meal with the dessert flight. It was a perfect way for everyone to try a little bit of several different goodies."

"Vetro's has been on the top of my go to list since it opened. We have gone their for lunch, dinner, brunch, and special occasions. The food and the service has always been great, until this pass week. The waiter was no where in site - we weren't able to order additional drinks and he got our order wrong - he did apologizes. When the wrong meal was served for one of us they took all our meals away (we were told, it won't look good). Dishes from our appetizers remained on the table until our meal came and then the server had to find the busboy. When our meals were served there was less food on the plate - no fruit. The poached eggs were more soft boiled then poached Very disappointing experience."

"I just got married and it was a small family gathering, before the big party, We had champagne, the baked clams and shrimp cocktail for appetizer, and for antipasti we had the mozzarella with prachuto and lobster ravioli, the main. Course was lobster for me and my dad my mother had the steak and my wife had the lemon soul and my mother in law had the chicken marsala, we also had two bottles of wine, and the desert sampler for me and my wife, everyone else chose the cream brulee, I would have to say the best dinner I ever had, and that's saying alot being that I have 15 years in the restaurant business."

"Vetro is our favorite restaurant. The food and service can't be beat. Love the Sunset Dinner dining. Loved the happy birthday pastries that were given to my brother in celebration of his 75th birthday when we were there this past Thursday, 3/15. We recommend this restaurant to all our family and friends."

"Great place for meeting friends or just a romantic twosome! Love the lounge/bar area with the option to sit at the bar or cozy chairs and couches with tables. We went on a Sat night with friends & it was great to start in the lounge for a drink and listen to the singer. There were six of us so it was easy to pick a few appetizers to share as the portions are generous. My friend & I shared the Chicken Scapariella which was delicious. Very tender and just the right amount of sauce, a little left in the dish to dip some bread!
Our waiter was very helpful in explaining the dishes and recommending wine to complement our dinner choices.
Teal, the manager ,is a delight, very personable. I felt like I was talking with a friend."

"The service was great however no one offered us a drink while we were waiting for our table. We waited in the lounge room and saw everyone around us being offered drinks. The TV in our section was an eye sore and wasnt even turned on it took away from the ambiance. Our waiter was great and the food was yummy."

"Our excellent waiter recommended the special that night-Tuna steak with braised endives on cannelloni bean purée.it was so fresh and perfectly cooked and flavorful. Apps and desserts were of the same high quality. Presentation also earns high marks at Vetro. We are never disappointed there."

"Many thanks for a wonderful evening filled with fine wine, unbelievable food and impeccable service by both captains and bus boy ~ Brians' food recommendation were spot on, Alan's wine service was better than an NYC restaurant and Amed's attention to detail enhanced our evening besides keeping the table super clean. Also the hostess Kristen in arranging a floral centerpiece and ensuring our preordered appetizers and champagne were ready at the table as soon as we arrived.
We were so grateful that the evening went well as we were celebrating a very special occasion in our family.
Looking forward to the summer patio dining.

"Great restaurant to take the special someone in your life to. The food is out of this World, very romantic but the tables are very close to one another and there is no privacy for conversation. Gets very crowded so service could be slow but if dining there no reason to rush out. Fair pricing on dishes, apps are around $11- $15, main course is around $20. Not bad prices for the kind of place it is."
