Air Canada Club - MLSE
With outstanding sight lines to the ice, court or concert, the Air Canada Club boasts a sexy yet classy design of exotic Italian veneer tables and soft plush leather chairs. The must-see bar with its 75' backlit Onyx design makes it one of the longest in the city. Unique to the Air Canada Club are the rail seats which allow fans a great view of both concert and sporting events. The menu boasts a selection of sophisticated comfort foods including fan favourites; Slow BBQ Back Ribs, Fried Calamari and melt-in-your-mouth Prime Rib.
A 1200 bottle wine cellar centered in the dining room adds both elegance and functionality while promoting the Wine Spectator-Awarded wine list.
Networking and interaction is key here, as the ambiance is warm and spirited with excited fans enjoying the game, sharing food, friendship and conversation. The club is overseen by Club Manager Keryn Gibson, Sr. Director of Culinary and Executive Chef Robert Bartley, and Chef de Cuisine Tyler Cunningham.

"i made thes reservations over two months ago. i was assigned lousy seats and told that seat assigments are given the day of the event. Walk-ins got better seating than i did.
The service was awful - i had to go to the bar to get a refil on my glass of wine becasue the server was nowhere to be seen. we had finished our meal before the server even came by to ask if all was OK? When i said the service was slow, i was told it was because it was busy!! Are you kidding me? It was a concert - this is what they do!!
Not my fist time at this venue - but might have been my last."

"I'm not sure why the Air Canada Club had such mixed reviews. We were stuck in traffic, so I called to advise the restaurant. No problem! We were seated right away on arrival, and although the tables are quite close to one another - we chatted with our neighbours and joked about it. Our server - Chris - was amazing. He was friendly, upbeat and oh so attentive. Our meal was amazing, delicious and delivered in a timely manner. People complain about the cost. Really? It's fine dining and $200 for a meal, with cocktails and a bottle of wine is certainly not unreasonable. Chris even moved us closer to the game as tables became available. What a great gesture! We'd go back in a heartbeat. What a treat it was to dine & enjoy the game!"

"Very disappointing experience. Had requested table with view of hockey game. Arrived early (6 15 pm for 6 45 reservation) to ensure preferred table. There were numerous prime tables empty, but hostess insisted we sit at an inferior location near bar. Hostess advised to check with our server if a better table came up - the server was perplexed by this when asked. By 7 pm not only did many tables remain empty at locations with view of ice, but some people were vacating such tables to go to their seats in hockey arena - when we politely asked server if we could shift to such tables, server indicated that no those people might return for dessert between periods of the hockey game! We paid for drinks and left restaurant without meal."

"We were a group of nine people before the Pink concert. What a fantastic experience. We will never go to a concert at the ACC again without first having dinner at this incredible place.
You can watch the concert from your table if you want to! WOW
The food was fantastic. I had the braised short rib cannelloni, it was so delicious. Huge portion, I shared it with some of my friends. My husband had the ribs. He said they were fantastic. Some of the people in our group had the burger and said that it was the best burger they had ever had!
Our waitress Katie, was incredible. She made sure we were completely happy.The manager was fantastic too, I can't remember his name. I highly recommend this wonderful place. Thanks for the great experie"

"No explanation was given as to why it was between 13-15 degrees! It was uncomfortable at best wearing a jacket and having a beer with a mediocre burger that cost $30. At least it arrived fast. have eaten here before and had a much better experience, but glad I didn't go for the $50 steak!"

"good food but overpriced, I asked for a table with a great view for an 11year old boy.
Not a compicated request. We sat at a table for 4 but were given the inside 2 seat while a flaky old couple had the seats closest the rink with better sightlines. You see when you are 11 years old you are much shorter than adults and you can't see past people that are twice your size,
you staff needs to focus on taking care of kids, no focus whatsoever,
we won't be back"

"Fun to watch the game and eat a good meal. Usually I like the food. We both had the fish special... Black cod. We both felt it was Very mediocre. It was blackened and all the spice was on the skin... Which I didn't eat. The grits were mushy. The appetizer-tacos, were ok... My partner LOVED them.

"Amazing service, always someone there to provide you with all your needs. Two members of our party really did not like the lasagna; the server asked them specifically if they enjoyed it, they politely responded with "It was okay." and later on we found out it was removed from the bill, even though no fuss was made! I was very impressed by that. I always enjoy the happy, energetic servers that you can tell really enjoy their job! (I mean who wouldn't- they get to see free concerts, hockey games, shows and other sports games each shift!)."

"With very little light I found the wine list Extremely hard to read the wine list,the book itself was very awkward .other people were complaining next to us aswell. I waited 45 mins for my appitzer , that was very over priced for what I recieved . I did have fun with my friends but some things I wasn't impressed with."

"I have been trying for days to get a hold of the Air Canada Club. I ate there on Monday and spent $480.00 it was great but I forgot to get my receipt for my expenses and need a copy of it. The phone just keeps ringing & ringing, no answering machine or anything. If they are looking for repeat business I'm not sure how they would get it if we can't even call.
Oh & if someone would like to have the them call me back that would be great 519-502-6692.

"Once again an excellent spot to dine before the game. The enormous portions have been downscaled somewhat this year. We split the ribs, which now as only 4 ribs each, and split the salad (which was delicious). Still cost $ 200 for two with wine. Overall, a unique experience."

"The restaurant was freezing when we got there - the staff were wearing outdoor coats. We ordered an nice bottle of wine - $100 - and we were excecting a nice relazing dinner. The meal arrived very quickly but the $32 hamburger and $50 halibut were (ice) cold within minutes of being delivered. We spent over $300 for a 50 minute dinner to eat cold food which is rediculous.
If you want to run a high end restaurant, you have to fix the heating situation and allow for a more relaxing dinner rather than the "bums rush" that we received."
