Bouchon in Beverly Hills offers a vibrant setting that perfectly accents Chef Thomas Keller's authentic French country fare and exceptional service. In addition, we offer a $28.00 Three Course L'Express menu at lunch to afford diners a quick yet satisfying dining experience. "I had a girlfriend arriving from Hong Kong and we wanted to meet for Brunch. I immediately thought of Bouchon as I love going there on a weekend. The atmosphere is perfect for me. We had a a minor issue with a request made by my friend and once the manager was made aware of the issue he rectified the problem. Professional and courteous. Delicious food!
I highly recommend going for their pastries. Happy Hour is also a favorite of mine."

"While the food is very tasty, though by no means deserving of the accolades the other Keller restaurants merit, the service is atrociously slow. Our first courses arrived before our drinks (15 minutes in). We waited an eternity for our mains, which were fine, thankfully, since no one bothered to ask. We finally summoned our waiter when our children couldn't stand the interminable wait for the check. I should note that they are well-behaved veterans of many a 4-hour Parisian dinner. We left without ordering dessert, since we'd all just tired of the whole ordeal. A bag of sweets from the bakery sufficed. We've dined at Bouchon in Napa, Ad Hoc, and the French Laundry, so I expect better from Keller's enterprises. Totally disappointing."

"This is probably the nicest and largest Bouchon I've been to. The bartender here was extremely friendly an knowledgeable. The service was great while dining, but a bit slow. The slowest service I've received at any of the Bouchons (been to the ones in Yountville and Vegas), despite all their tables not being full. Food was great. Good spot to take a date. Bronzino was good and cooked perfectly. The steak was just okay and their pasta of the day was a green pasta with salmon and mushrooms. It was good, but the quantity of the plate was substantially less than the other dishes. I would return for events, client meetings and dates, but wouldn't seek it out as a regular spot to revisit. Good to try once if you've never been."

"I had high hopes for Bouchon. There were 4 of us for lunch and we sat in the patio area. Everyone enjoyed the food, each item was delicious. I thought certain items were over priced, I had the goat cheese salad, and it was really just one piece of goat cheese and baby mixed greens, that was over $10. My brother got the NY strip, and that was the most delicious steak I ever tasted, it was covered with sauteed onions and a round of compound butter. Over all, the food was good but I was expecting great, so I was a little disappointed. The service was good, but also not great as I hoped, some dishes took too long to arrive at the table. One thing that surprised me was the restaurant charged us for 2 bottles of still water, each at $7.25."

"Just took my parents to Bouchon for mother's day. In addition to the usual awesomeness, they offered all moms a glass of Moet and two macaroons gratis Possibly because we hit it off with our waiter, my mom got 2 glasses of champagne, which was super nice, plus it's fun getting to see my mom get a bit tipsy for once. The macaroons were really great too, especially the champagne flavored one. The rest of my meal was excellent too. I love Bouchon!"

"An OK experience overall but a little disappointing--for a Thomas Keller restaurant. Perhaps it was the Mothers Day crowd, but the food (grade of A) came out late and mostly cold. While I felt the chefs did their part, the service was tepid at best. Overall, it seemed like a few Beverly Hills regulars got the full treatment, while we unknowns and first-timers were relegated to background atmosphere. Compared to Per Se and other New York experiences this ranked about a B- overall. Wine prices were fairer than expected, which was a plus. While my four years on the staff of the Culinary Institute of America no doubt raised the bar on my expectations, this experience would not have overly impressed many serious diners."

"Treated "Moms" with a few specials. Food outstanding (as usual!). Service was great--watched table for all our needs & refills such as water, wine, tea, ketchup, etc. never felt rushed even though people waiting for table. Very busy day for kitchen & staff but never reflected in the service or quality of food."

"I love Thomas Keller's food and eat it at various locations. I also cook from his French Laundry cookbook. Recently my wife ordered a strawberry and watercress salad at the Beverly Hills Bouchon. The salad consisted of maybe three of the tiniest perfect watercress leaves you could imagine. The strawberries were very nice. This would make a nice light dessert, especially substituting mint or basil for the cress. But calling it a salad? With a dish like this, a heads up from the waitstaff can be very helpful."

"We are returning guests who love Bouchon. We enjoy the atmosphere, service and the food. Nice selection of wines by the glass. Love the fresh grande seafood plateau and fresh fish specials, endive salad, chicken mousse pâté. Love the house made sorbets, vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce (profiteroles). We always enjoy Bouchon and will look forward to our next return visit."

"Bouchon,a fine dining experience, without the attitude. Not something you would expect in Beverly Hills. The service & food are amazing. Not once did we feel rushed. Dining outside is definitely the better bet, the wood floors echo diner's conversations. It can get quite loud inside. Outside, there is adequate heating - with heat lamps. Added bonus was that we could overlook the filming of the new Beverly Hills Cop movie in the courtyard. I would be dining here more often, but it's a 1-1/2 hour drive for me. With added traffic, it took over 2 hours to get home. But, definitely worth the drive - every so often. And, don't forget to visit the bakery (downstairs) before dining - as they will be closed by the time you are finished with dinner."

"Stellar service & the most delicious food. This time we ate so much we unfortunately didn't leave room for desserts and their desserts are "to live for" so we picked up some sweets at their bakery on the 1st floor on the way out.
If you like fried chicken, try the 1st Mon night of the month and you will have yourself a true feast. All their food, salads, appetizers & desserts are the best."

"I love the upscale bistro atmosphere of Bouchon, but the noise level was higher than usual this Saturday night. We had to wait 10 minutes for a table. Food, as always, delicious. I love the bibb salad and we had the lamb. Yum! Chicken great too. Biggest complaint was the service. Main was served before 2 of the 2 diners were finished with appetizers. Not good. Bouchons were delicious."

"Bar and restaurant are stunning, airy and French vaulted ceilings, detailed finishes. Food is ok - good but not great, with the exception of the pain, which was just right. Out of the Chateauneuf du Pape I ordered but Sommelier was right on it with well selected substitute. "Steaks were inedible. We sent back 2 orders. Our friends seated in the private room were also disappointed in their steak dinners as well. Comments were they would not be returning as this was there 3rd time dinning and felt it was very unsatisfactory for a Thomas Keller Restaurant.

"I enjoyed this place so much. It reminded me of dining in Paris. The building is beautiful and the staff was so attentive and provided impeccable service. Our food was delicious and I enjoyed or server's knowledge of the menu. It made accommodating my vegan lifestyle seem so simple. I've already reserved our table for morher's day brunch.
I had the mini cookies for dessert and loved them. My boyfriend had the creme brûlée - it's a very thick custard. It was a little too thick for me but he loved it."

"One of the best filet steaks in Los Angeles - Ruth's Chris better keep an eye on Mr. Keller. The sommelier gave good counsel and steered us to an excellent French wine that I would never have chosen on my own. The only downside to Bouchon is that it gets very noisy during peak hours. Otherwise, it's one of the finest restaurants in LA."

"I've eaten at Bouchon previously and always found it quite good. However this time I found the food to be sub-par, particularly for the price. I went for the fried chicken which was not completely cooked and mostly breading. Potatoes had no seasoning. Though I might eat here again I certainly will not order the fried chicken."

This place would get Five Stars if it were within a Historic building/setting, and provided for a little more space between tables. I know that this place is trying to present a French Bistro vibe.
