"My steak was cooked to perfection!! I am particular about my steaks. If you're going to order a steak cooked more than "medium" do yourself a favor and get a hamburger- It's a lot cheaper. Victors does a perfect medium rare steak. Slightly charred around the edges and juicy red in the center, evenly cooked on both sides. The truffled, smashed & fried Yukon gold potatoes are what my dreams are made of. This is my go-to special occasion restaurant. Cannot wait to try it in their new location at Hotel Florence."

"This is the only restaurant in Florence which has an OpenTable account, so you can understand what we're working with. Victor's is surprisingly affordable for the calibre of cuisine that is produced here. I had the prosciutto wrapped scallops for an app and shrimp and grits for entree with a bourbon as recommended by the waitstaff. All were very delicious. Victor's seems to have a FOH manager who cares about his customers, along with waitstaff who knows the menu. Kudos!"

"Read mixed reviews on here... But it's Florence and the restaurant selection is kind of lacking. I took my sister and brother in law out for their 2nd wedding anniversary. It's very pretty inside, piano volume was just right. i had a delicious swordfish dinner... It was top of the line. Our waiter Brad was very good, and knowledgeable. My sister told the waiter that another one of the waiters looked like "Joey" from the former boy band "NSYNC"... So the guy cane over and gave my sister a fake autograph... It was great and made her night. Great time. Definitely recommended."

"Couldn't finish the Oysters Rockefeller because of how much cheese, spinach, and whatever strange sweet flavor covered it. Turned it back in with half remaining. Ordered martinis hoping to make it work and they didn't have martini glasses. Being the patient folks we are, we said whatever, and took them in a simple glass....they were lukewarm at best. Give me a ice-cold martini please if nothing else to cover up the poor cooking. She ordered tuna with potatoes - potatoes were hard and flavorless. I ordered the french quarter and the only thing edible was the steak; it was cooked perfectly and was very tender, if maybe too spicy. The andouille rice tasted like it was cheap pepperoni chunks infused with quick-cooked rice. Bill - $160."

"It was very noisy because we were seated inches away from their pianist. I was disappointed with the food - I had hoped for their chicken marsala or their veal piccata but neither of those was on the menu. The coq au vin had very little vin and even less coq!"
