"Had breakfast at Sarabeth's in Key West in March. They told me about the Sarabeth's in NY....I was going to be there for a special birthday with my family so I made reservations. Although the Central Park South Sarabeth's wasn't as quaint as the one in Key West, the food was just as I had remembered. I took pictures of all the different dishes we ordered (there were 9 of us) and have already shared them with others. I had the "Classice Eggs Benedict" and it was fabulous..served with a nice fresh salad. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a varied menu; not too fancy, but not just plain! Will now try the other Sarabeth's in NY next time we visit."

"Sarabeth's is geared towards non-business settings. I went there for a client breakfast meeting and it was too loud and the hostess would not seat us until the entire partyof 3 arrived, although I mentioned that one of us would be late. Not very flexible. Food and waiter service very good."

"Walked up early to our reservation but their Open table was down but they were able to accomdate my party. Millie was our server and she was great. Loved the location right across from Central Park. I would definitely go back!"

"Sarabeth's is what Manhattan Sunday brunch should be like. Situated in the best location in the city, this spacious, enjoyable restaurant maintains the highest standard in food, service, and ambiance. The waiter and his helpers were superb, the food wonderful, and the entire experience a delight. There were seven of us including our twin granddaughters, age 3, and we were well taken care of. We had just about everything (eggs, pancakes, french toast, cereals, breads, juices...) on the menu, all wonderful. We come here every time we can when we are visiting New York and will continue to do so. The only minor irritation (there has to be one) was the receptionist who was a bit too aggressive in asking everyone if their entire party was there."

"I made a reservation and called in advance about reserving a table outside. I was told over the phone that we could have a table outside, but when I got to the restaurant I was told that outdoor seating is first come first serve. The host seated us at a table in hallway next to a restocking room that was very noisy and had wait and bus staff coming in and out."

Went there a while back with some girlfriends to "catch up" and got the distinct feeling we were being "rushed out" . It was not relaxed and felt I would not return.(and I didn't for a year!)
But when some out of town friends wanted to meet up recently..it was a convenient location so decided to try again..and am so glad I did..
The waitress was super effecient, great food and a great ambiance about the place. ...and we could relax and talk with out feeling rushed.
I would go back..It has a very airy , happy feel about the place."

"I was surprised at the low quality of the food at this location. The bacon was cold and dry. My toasted mozzarella sandwich looked like could have been prepared by a 4th grader on a Foreman Grill, and tasted like it. Everything looked like it had been made somewhere else and re-heated. This is not the standard I have found at other locations, but perhaps with too many locations the quality is going..."
