"AsiaSF is always a highly entertaining outing. The ladies were in sparkling form, especially Tita the MC. We ate at the bar and the barkeep Paul was attentive and engaging. We always have a good time here."

"Next to Beach Blanket Babylon, this should be a must-go-to venue when in SF! Tasteful artistic specialty entertainment. A memorable evening for certain! We were made to feel special, wanted and appreciated! Food was on par with many top notch venues! A little pricey, but worth it for the expertinence!"

"I took a friend while we were both visiting SF. We had a great time. The service was quick and friendly, the dancers were fun and the crowd was very into it. The mussels were great, the entrees (lamb and scallops) were just ok and the dessert was good (banana beignet and black rice pudding) but we were pretty full by then."

"My partner and I booked AsiaSF for Valentines Day. My partner had never been there, although I had been there several times. He thought it would be an interesting venue for such a special day. The booking required a deposit - no problem. I was called by AsiaSF a week before to confirm and was told that I had reserved a bar table . I told them that all i did was reserve a table on Open Table. The bar table was changed to a regular table, but the deposit was more - no problem, but confusing. The food and service was mediocre at best. The entertainment was OK, but nothing like it was in the past. The bill arrived - it was $257 for two - a bit high but no problem. The "service charge" had been already added, but another gratuity was available?"

"The restaurant was generally energizing with loud but appropriate music for its musical review. Food selection on this occasion was reasonable but simple in preparation and quantity was adequate. Table/seatiing was small and close for two, however,lighting was low for those wanting to use cameras; bring flash capability. The wait staff was generally attentive and food service was excellent. The only draw back that on this occasion pricing was too high given what was provided and the staff could not explain what the service charge represented. In addition, tipping was encouraged for individual staff over and above "service charge" additing an extraordinary amount to the base bill."
