"We were placed in a cramped area in a booth that had cracked vinyl cushions. This was extremely uncomfortable. The food was pretty tasteless although it was a very generous portion. I ordered Dear Prudence and my husband ordered Sympathy for the Devil. The mushroom was supposed to be marinated but it did not have any flavor so I don't think this was the case. For the most part the service was okay. I think they certainly could have a great thing going here but the food does need more flavor."

"I've dined here about 6x over the last several years when in the South Beach area. For a very crowed place with a mix of tourists, locals, hipsters, families with young children, it continues to impress me for the very receptive, friendly and efficient staff, from the hostess who greets you to your servers and food runners. The burgers are great, make your own variety, and you will not lack from choices of grade of meat (including turkey and chicken), breads, and add-ons. Beers are on tap and bottled, more than you would expect. The place remains a return-to for high quality burgers, good vibe, and awesome service."

"Great food, everything smelled amazing!! The only down side was the parking. Huge beer list, and adult milkshakes are a great idea. Loved every second"

"We had the bacon rashers in maple syrup which we had to fight over. Then the burgers came and our jaws dropped. They were absolutley huge! The burger meat was of excellent quality. Great, laidback atmosphere."

"I've been to the Brickell location before and expected a similar environment on south beach. I was pleasantly surprised to find this space much more subdued and organic in design. It was loud but not as chaotically loud as Brickell. The only disappointment was the lack of tvs-where as brickell is wall to wall screens, south beach has 1 large and 1 small screen in the dining room, neither of which were visible to our table.
All of that said, the food was a crowd-pleaser as always. I've never been with anyone who hasn't thoroughly enjoyed their burger, no matter what they've ordered. The onion rings as a side is a $3 upgrade and they were below par, Id say. They don't compare to the duck fat or truffle fries, so id say to stick with those!"

"The burgers were awesome! Service was really good! Draft beer was really warm. My wife couldn't drink it and our server took it away and replaced it with a bottled beer. Overall we liked it and will definitely return!"

"The best burger around. Lots of options for the non-meat fan as well. Great Prime beef, Kobe beef, bison, turkey, chicken, tuna burgers, with ever topping imaginable. Great beer selection. Reasonably priced- great casual alternative while in South beach, easy walk from The Standard Hotel and Spa or Lincoln Rd area.
Service was friendly. Must try the tempura dipped green beans as an appetizer"

"Their computer was down, so you could not add or subtract items to your burger (really?!). It seemed the hostess did not know what was going on, except we could only order items on the menu as-is, she didn't know why (again, really?). The waiter said he could get a substitute for me of sweet potato fries instead of regular fries, but guess what came, the regular fries. Don't waste your time here."

"Awesome atmosphere and great burgers. Very reasonably priced. Only complaint is I wish they would put the toppings on the burger instead of on the side."
