"Went for Mother's Day and even though a selective menu, the food was remarkable. We had a group of 9 and our waiter and wait staff was very attentive. The end our waiter kinda disappeared but all in all every time I have been to No e the food is amazing. Try it!"

"A phenomenal dining experience!! My server, Shayne is not only professional and courteous but a real gem to work with. He is a wonderful asset to Nove. The food is perfect in every sense and is prepared properly. Kudos to the Chef in the kitchen who actually takes pride in his creations!!! I also have to say for a Mothers Day - the tables were seated properly and no one was lingering around waiting for tables to free up - actually made a major restaurant holiday a beautiful experience!! Thank you for a wonderful day!!!"

"This my first time at the restaurant. I took my boyfriend there for our anniversary. We tried several appetizers and each had an entree. We enjoyed our food and the dessert was just okay. I had the fried bananas. I have had better. The pasta dishes were different than what we were used to. The restaurant has a romantic feel to it which we enjoyed. Would return."

"The food and service were both wonderful. We took my parents there for their anniversary and the experience was outstanding. I ordered the veal milanese and it was extremely tender. My parents both ordered the grouper and for a pair who is extremely picky, they loved. I highly recommend the fried banana for dessert."

"We were back at Nove Sat night, party of 6. As always, the food and service were excellent. Mike is the consummate host, and Hugo who remembers everyone's order without writing any of it down, is one of the best waiters in all of NYC. We had a 7:45 reservation, had a quick drink at the bar and were seated. The special linguine and lump crab (should put in on the regular menu guys) as well as the tuna were delicious. The other selections were also top drawer. Chef Gentile is a master. Our group had a wonderful time with the new player piano music in the background. Next thing we knew it was almost midnight, the evening flew by. Definitely a neighborhood gem."

"For starters, in my opinion service trumps all. The service at Nove was not attentive and inadequate!!! I do not like being ignored!! My wife and I sat there with plates and platters in our faces for over 10 to 15 min after finishing our dishes before some one decided to clear the table for each coarse. We never even got a chance to have dessert or coffee because by the time we finished our entree and some one came over it was too late, I was in no mood to stay!!!! The food itself was good but nothing to write home about!!"

"Another great trip to Nove. The service is on point and very knowledgable of the dishes. They recommended the smoked Arctic Char with artichoke sauce special and it didn't disappoint. It's a little pricey compared to some other places, but well worth it. The food, ambiance, service are all top notch. I'd highly recommend it and will be back."

"food descriptions on menu sounded great, but we were let down with the actual meal from the cesear salad, minestrone soup, to the entrees which we had packed up "to go" after waiting 45 minutes. Other diners who arrived after us were being served. The wild cod special of the evening smelled unappetizing when we opened the package at home and decided to dispose of it. Waiter Carlos and Maitre D were very apologetic. Won't be going there again. Perhaps the chef was too overwhelmed with the busy evening and forgot the seasonings? Also, made reservation thru Open Table and this restaurant had zero reward points."
