"We try to get to The Sea Grille at least twice a year. Usually for our Birthdays. Every time we have a meal there it is a wonderful experience. The food is delicious, the staff are attentive and the view is gorgeous. They always go out of their way to make sure we are having an amazing time. Will always return!"

"Food was good but not great. Portions were of moderate size. We started with oysters that were very grimmy. I had the ravioli which were very tasty. My spouse had the salmon which was "ok". Service was friendly but not on top of our table and the restaurant wasn't very busy. Beautiful views of the ocean but the restaurant itself reminded me of a older golf club-like diner."

"The view was outstanding and the food was delicious. We looked out over the ocean through a panoramic window while we dined on inspired dishes. The wine list was more than adequate and the service was excellent."

"Gurney's is by far my favorite restaurant to go to in the area. It never disappoints. Every time we go, the food has consistently been top-notch. The service is also very good, and you can't get enough of the view of the ocean. There's nothing in town even remotely close to this place."

"For a place like Gurneys Inn, I was very disappointed at the slection of choices of food,the biggest disappointment was the desserts. We had met the pastry chef at a bridal showcase and he had some samples, so we were expecting something special. The waitress said little and not happy about the way she described food. Only 3 choices for dessert, and then found the cafe that had better choices-strange???"

"I booked Gurneys Inn for valentines day for myself and my husband. The women at the fron desk hightly recomended the Sea Grille. We were told that there was a Vlentines menu along with there regular menu. When we got there we were told that they only had the Valentines Menu (prefixed $150.00 a couple.
The food was the worst I have ever had. The appetizer consisted of a deep fried oyster sitting on a blob of creamed spinach. the salad was edible and the main course was horrible. I had surf and turf. The meat was decent, the two shrimp (surf) were overcooked and the broccali rabe was so salty i could not eat it. the pasta was so overcooked it was a ball of dough!
my husbands shrimp scampi was inedible."

"We were disappointed in our evening. The food was mediocre. The bar was loud and disrupting for an attempt to enjoy our meal; Kareoke was being played during our meal and very distracting. Service was spotty. Restaurant is "tired" looking."
