We feature high quality top choice Certified Angus Beef, as part of an innovative menu with entrée salads and creative appetizers, small plates and shareable choices, and a full selection of entrees featuring the Angus beef, wild Atlantic seafood, and other exceptional dishes. We also showcase a dessert menu of house created specialty desserts.
The Certified Angus Beef program we are a part of states that only 3% of the beef produced in America meets the criteria to be certified by their agency, and that only 8% of that amount is graded as Top Choice. We are the only restaurant in Central New York using this premium product.
Our Wine Spectator award winning wine list offers 42 different wines by the glass, and features a progressive catalog of familiar names as well as highly allocated harder to find choices.
