"When you arrive for your reservation and they say "we have a wedding party" so let's have you choose your table . . . you think about getting your order in swiftly to get ahead of the diners in a large group. Saturday night at Capital Grille, the wedding party provided delightful accompanyment since the men were wearing kilts, the cake had doughnuts for decoration and the laughter and speeches didn't in the least bit impact my enjoyment of my meal and company. Hurrah for Alex our waiter, food and wine were marvellous and no one missed a beat having a large party in the house. Steaks cooked to perfection as ordered - as always. As professional as you'd expect from a brand like this."

"We love Capital Grill in LA, Washington, NY and Boston. So we are at Wynn for the Value Investing Congress and noticed it was across the street.
Food was top notch and so was service. Our waiter suggested an inexpensive red blend and let us taste it. Wow! It paired perfectly with the beautiful filet mignon. And the appetizers and sides were also terrific.
A wonderful meal and a lovely experience. We thank the whole team!"

"We started with cocktails at the bar. Robert is a great bartender. Our table was by the window as we had requested. The dining room decor was a mix of classic dark woods and white linens. Lots of detail to admire. After my mandatory onion soup (it's a thing) I had the bone-in kona rubbed sirloin along with parmesan fries. Excellent doesn't quite describe my meal. My wife had twin filets topped with lobster tail. The lobster was excellent and the filets were the proper temperature. My wife ran into a small issue with one of the filets. At that point it was as if we were royalty. Our waiter, Raul, and the manager were so accomodating. Definitely one of the best experiences for food and service I have experienced."

"Capital Grille Las Vegas, you are flawless. First, reserving a table on Open Table helped us to start off the evening perfectly. The table was prepared with two high chairs. Second, The staff welcomed us readily. Your service to twin toddlers, a teenager, an out-of-town guest was impeccable. All of us were charmed and satisfied. Third, I cannot believe the delectable flavor of the Parmesan Truffle Fries! I am hooked! Every morsel was worth it. I will not comment on our entire meal. Grand Plateau had tender, not over prepared shrimp. Sushi-grade Sesame Seared Tuna With Gingered Rice was prepared to perfection! Au Gratin Potatoes worth taking home. Location, menu, and service A+."

"I invited my client to dinner and the service and food were so spectacular that the evening was more than a dinner, it was a memorable event for the 5 of us. Everyone could not stop talking about how awesome the food was from the appetizer, main course and finally deserts. The next day they told everyone how I took them to the best restaurant and had the best food they ever had.. Our server, Stephanie was very knowledgable, friendly, professional and had a great personality. It was like having a friend serve us . Thank you Stephanie, you made me a hero to my customer."

"Our 40th anniversary was made special by a great table with a view of strip, and rose pedals spread on the table. There was also a card of congrats from the staff. The food here is always the best, the Kona rubbed steaks are second to none. Our server was attentive to us the whole evening, and made this special night even more special.

"We had our wedding meal there just the 2 of us service was excellent food was excellent with large portions. Waitress was very attentivebut not overbearing. They decorated table with rose petals and hearts nice touch and gave us a card and free glass of champagne as we had just got married. We were glad we chose this restaurant out of the otber hundred of ones in Vegas as it was elegant romantic and well worth spending a little extra!"

"Your resturant was beautiful and for the most part the food was good. However, my steak, that cost $50, came out over cooked. They took it back and cooked a new one, but that one was mostly fat. To say I was disappointed is putting it lightly. When you pay that much for a steak it should perfect. Not sure I will go back... That's a shame because we have them at home."

"There were a lot of people dining at Capital Grille, so the thought would obviously be that it must be wonderful food. We have dined at the location at Beverly Center and that restaurant was fantastic: we assumed the Las Vegas location would be just as good. We were sadly mistaken. The service was not very good and the food was not good at all. Our server seemed like he didn't want to be bothered with our table and compared to the Beverly Center location, the food quality was like going to a sub-standard restaurant. We will not visit this particular location again."

"Wow, we went here for our anniversary/Valentine's Day dinner and were absolutely amazed! Probably the best steakhouse we've ever eaten at (and we've frequented all the top ones, including two of the other Capital Grilles, Philly & DC). We made a last-minute Open Table reservation, but still got a wonderful table with a really personable and professional server (Kelly) who managed to get me a rose and a CG box of truffles! The steaks were perfect, the lobster was fresh, the potatoes, shrimp cocktail and creamed spinach were excellent! Dessert of creme brulee was divine! The service wasn't rushed, although it was very busy, very relaxing. Since we also bought a second home in Las Vegas that week, we know we will be back again!"

"Had a late lunch with friends after doing a bit of shopping. We were seated at a table with a view of the strip which was quite nice. The service was wonderful. Kristen, our wait person, was very personable and professional. The food was excellent. The lunch menu was varied and it was difficult to choose just one plate. I can only imagine what the dinner menu is like. It would be an amazing dinner spot with the lights of the strip shining brightly."

"I always love coming to Capital Grille. The service is excellent. The steaks are always prepared just the way we ask and the portions are huge. I ordered the bone in ribeye and my husband got the porterhouse. Our sides were the lobster mac n cheese and truffle fries..both were fit for sharing. They have an extensive wine list and although they don't bring out a cocktail menu, the bartenders can whip up just about anything you can think of! Our server Frankie was extremely attentive and made our night perfect! Ask for a seat by the window so you can view the strip."

"our lunch was really good. Just what i come to expect. When i come to Las Vegas for conventions i try to book all of my lunches at the Capital Grill. Easy to get a cab back and forth and the food is always consistent.
more times than not it is outstanding.

"The resturant was extremely busy and our waiter was spread to thin, we had a table of 10and everyone complained the steaks were tuff and fish was dry. What I think happened was our food sat under the heating lamps for too long. Our waiter was pleasant and professional but he was spread to thin and the service we recieved was not sufficent."

"Our favorite restaurant. Although it is pricey, it is definintely worth that occasional treat. Especially love the food and the atmoshphere. It is a warm and cozy place. Although we did not stop at the bar this time we love to sit there, have a good cocktail and some excellent appetizers."
