Casa Mia is the authentic Italian Cuisine experience. Our family moved to the U.S. in 1993 from Sorrento, Italy (a province of Naples). We came straight to Scottsdale so none of our palates were altered from the flavors they were familiar with. Casa Mia means "my home", and just like at home our food is made to meet our standards of taste. All of our ingredients are of the finest quality, from home made pastas, organic produce, and now organic grass fed beef. Our wine list features only Italian wines, and is always a work in progress as we are always searching for new surprising flavors!
"Ravioles were overcooked in an italian restaurant??? We have been customers for morre than 12 years, but the explanation of the owner that "raviolis are a bit soft" is not acceptable. That and the fact that we had to wait for the food 45 minutes in an half empty restaurant is to much. For me is by, by ."

"Nice variety of dishes with interesting combination of ingredients. Quiet atmosphere made it easy to converse. Affordable wine list was small, but with a nice variety of Italian whites and reds."

"They do not have a children's menu but will allow half orders for half price for children. My 7 and 5 year old grandson's loved the food they ordered, as did all of us."

"We first visited Casa Mia two years ago and had such a great time that we returned to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Wine and food are exceptional as is the service. It is an out of the way ;ovation, but worth the drive to get there."

"The four of us ordered one each of 4 of their specials that night and shared with each other. Great experience and highly recommended. My guests said it was the best Italian food they could remember ever having. Well done!"

"Casa Mia is an exceptional hideaway tucked in a semi-deserted shopping plaza. I am so pleased that they have been able to remain in business as their meal choices are exceptional. I have been there many times with my wife and we have never had anything I would call a negative experience. This is a family type business and the pace is a bit slower but that's fine by me. I would suggest you make a reservation if you are not going to get in early, the place fills up pretty quickly in the early eve.
My favorite meal Pollo con Prosciutto - it is exceptional."

"Casa Mia is always a treat. Every time I eat at Casa Mia it causes me to wonder why I ever go anywhere else! The food, wine, service and attention to detail are second to none. I am a 6'6" 300# man, I know a little about eating!"

"My fiancé and I like Italian food and have been to various cities in Italy. Had a favorite dish while in Rome, the bucatini amatriciana (a very typical Roman dish) and have had very few restaurants even have it on their menu let alone come close to the taste, except Casa Mia. Our waiter was the son of the chef/owner and I asked if they had bucatini amatriciana and he said "of course, when were you guys in Rome?" Clearly knows what's up. Got the meal and it was better than what I had in Rome. The waiter was awesome and kept conversation with us and left us alone at the right times. We went for Valentines day and after each couple in the place finished their meal they gave the ladies a rose."

"We had some nice pasta dishes here but the service was lacking. Had an empty water glass for half the dinner, wait staff seemed chaotic at times. Can't complain about food though, very good.
Unfortunately we can find good food lots of places so don't know if we will be back."

"CLASSY AS ALWAYS - BROUGHT NEW PEOPLE WITH US AND ALL WERE GREETED AS FAMILY. OUR GUESTS WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD AND THE EXCELLENT SERVICE. AS FOR THE NOISE LEVEL, OBVIOUSLY THE SNOWBIRDS ARE BACK BUT IT DID NOT INHIBIT CONVERSATION. WE STILL CONSIDER CASA MIA OUR FAVORITE RESTAURANT IN ARIZONA."

"Another fantastic dinner. We took friends from Philadelphia who raved about the food. Try the pasta with spec, fabulous. Also the Italian sausage with fresh tomatoes and mushrooms was mouth watering."

"We were disappointed. We went to Casa Mia because it was listed number 1 for Italian food on Open Table's Diners Choice List. It is not. I would say the food was average for Italian in the valley. We have been to Italy several times in several different regions. We were expecting too much because of the Diners' Choice list, no doubt, but the food was uninspired and bland. The restaurant and the food lacked the Italian zest we so love. The caprese appetizer was fine. The highly recommended special of the evening, white turkey bolognese on homemade pasta, was mediocre. If you want good homemade pasta, go to Giusseppe's on Indian School or Marcellino, but not Casa Mia. Sorry, we will not be back, even if we lived in the neighborhood."

"Casa Mia is one of our favorite dining spots. The food is delicious and the family-run business makes everyone feel welcome. They are good a recognizing repeat customers. The dining area is small, so one noisy family can change the vibe of the whole place; however, the staff is good at seating these families along the parameter of the rooms. I know - strange thing to notice! We love Casa Mia. Try the gnocchi and seafood plates."

"Food and service were excellent. Not the standard red sauce Italian fare I expected. We'llbe going back soon to try some of the other dishes we saw on the menu. And this will be our go to place for fine Italian dining when friends visit us from out of town."
