"I could see the effort everyone went through for Mother's Day but the food was just fair: crab legs watery, Beef Wellington dry etc. The service was wonderful but it was too dark inside. This was an afternoon brunch, it didn't need to be ambient like a cave. The worst thing was being held captive by waiting 45 minutes for our car to be handed back to us. That was a shambolic scene on the steps with everyone from babies to seniors waiting up to two hours for their cars to be returned to them. I know you contract that service out but it was still under your name. No one seemed to be in charge and no one cared how long we waited. Never again."

"It was our first time we chose vida for the American food menu we had seen online. We were put all the way in the back corner ( even though the restaurant was nearly empty). The hostess was very nice and pleasant, but our waiter was far from that. He was very cold and serious and made our dining experience awkward. I'm in the hospitality industry and I have always been taught to not only be an "order taker" , but also make sure you provide a great experience for your guests. Especially if gratuity is included, you should have to earn it."

"The Buffet was very expensive, Not as good as before, The meat selection was not very good as the only meat dish was lamp. The Prime rib is much better. Looks like they are not making the buffet as nice as before and cutting cost. Its shows."

"Ate here for lunch on our first day of arrival at the Fontainebleau and again for their Sunday Brunch. Their Sunday Brunch was amazing! First off our server for Sunday Brunch, Isaac, was outstanding. Couldn't ask for a better server. He was very polite, friendly, and attentive. He definitely more than earned the automatic 18% gratuity added on the check. Thank you Isaac! The selection of food was appetizing with a variety of selections to fit your palate. They had an omelet station, carving station, seafood, dessert station, and even sushi with Tuna tartare! The seats were comfortable with great lighting. Worth the visit!"

"Food was average at best. Had a terrible time. I ordered lamb chops which were not tough, but was unable to cut them with the knife on the table. Told the waiter, who attempted to find a steak knife but returned to say the restaurant had no other knives! A "supervisor" person came along 10 minutes later and asked how we were enjoying the meal and I told her how I was struggling with my meal. She said she would get me a decent knife-- and never returned to our table! The irony is that there is a steak house less than 300 feet down the hall. My wife had a half chicken andbelieve it or not, likewise had difficulty cutting it. Daughter had a Pizza which was average. Total meal cost $145 with the only alcoholic beverage being one domestic beer."
