"This was my fifth trip to Vergina and the fourth meal. I've tried a different dish every time and I have never been disappointed. Not only is the food delicious, the wait staff is top notch. Very professional yet friendly and accommodating. I suggest this spot to everyone I know visiting Naples. I also have to mention the entertainment at the bar. The singer was fabulous! He just made you want to get up and dance. Vergina is definitely my "go to" stop in Naples."

"Had a lovely dinner on a Sunday night. We have dined there before, and I can say that it is consistently wonderful! We were pleasantly surprised by some new menu additions and I jumped at the opportunity to try some of them. We started with the bruschettone and Shrimp Cocktail. Both were fresh and tasty, but the Shrimp really stood out! The lamb ribs were phenomenal; succulent, flavourful, fall off the bone good. My husband's Cornish Hen was equally unbelievably delicious. Keep up the good work Vergina! We'll return soon..."

"How wonderful to find Chef Marco, I have missed His cooking. I fiirst met Him on Sanibel, Only to find out that Naples took Him from us.
He is a "GEM", His food is clean and very fresh. I love His homemade "Lobster Ravioli" to die for!!!!!

"Went on a first date and requested a romantic table. When I approached the host and said who I was, I was told they reserved 2 of their "most romantic tables"; one being outside, the other inside. we opted for outside and were escorted to a table seated farther from the others, near the walkway on Fifth Avenue (in downtown Naples). Their geographic location is one of the best. We ordered a bottle of white and enjoyed the ambience while discussing philosophies on life. Dinner was incredible! (I suggest anything with their TRUFFLES). 8 o'clock seating w/ a midnight exit. It couldn't have gone any better! Will definitely start going here once/month (@ minimum)! Live music & huge crowd dancing were noticed upon exit inside."

"After a week of eating out in Naples- Vergina was our only disapointment. Food was average. We brought out boys ( to a 6pm dinner before the theatre, they had a children's menu that was fine- but to charge $7.50 for a soda ( special night) was BEYOND crazy- Do not bother, there are so many other choices"

"My husband an I had dinner at Vergina on Friday night.We had a nice outside table for 2 overlooking 5th ave.We both had seafood,the branzino and the tuna dish.The food was outstanding.Very flavorful and special.Their new menu really worth to try.Live music started around 8:30 at the bar area,where we had couple more drinks after dinner.Wonderful food and great spot for dancing and cocktails.Recommend it for everyone,we will be back."

"Great atmoshere and food. We dined here after reading other reviews and we couldn't be more pleased with the choice. We have eaten in many fine restaurants and are tough critics; this is one of the best meals we have had. Everything we had from appetizers to dessert was made to perfection, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable & attentive. Although it was a busy weekend night, they were still able to deliver our courses in a timely manner. One can tell that the people here are passionate about food."

"Would not recommend -service was terrible took over an hour after order was placed to get the main course -complained to waitress - we had to ask for bread even for water!Finally - all but one of our main courses came out lukewarm at best complained to waitress she did not apologize or offer to replace -put her hand right on top of my plate and said the plate was hot it was not!!- how rude! how unprofessional.I was shocked at her attitude..asked for the msnager, his attitude was worse I asked if he had a problem with our order as I had seen the waitress complaiming to the Kitchen and knew there was some issue.He was WORSE he said we were the party that had changed tables there was no problem at all with the food -added 20% to our check !!"

"I honestly thought I got ripped off. Food was highly overpriced, waiter approached our dinner like it was a commodity business. The filet was over cooked and soaked in sauce and the pork Milanese was mostly breading and dry. My impression is that this establishment feeds off of old Naples money and if you not that...you walk away feel like you were had. Very unfortunate, too many good restaurants in the area than to waste your money here (unless of course your money grows on trees)."

"Took a long time for the waiter to come. Management did not assign. The server did a good job. The menu was very limited and in our view over priced. My veal was tough, the chicken and salmon were dry. The bill without tip was $135.00 and included two glasses of win and one coke to drink. The salads were extra and good. Past experiences at the restaurant were much better."

"We dined in four, two couples. First time in for all of us, we made reservations because we were told we had to dine there by some friends who are big fans of the restaurant. All of the dishes were beautifully prepared and presented. Our (highly attentive) server offered some recommendations that were right on the money. I also have to mention that the Wagyu steak was the best I 've ever had! Overall this was a 5 star experience and we loved it!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We came in for an early dinner with reservations but would not have had a problem getting seated. My wife had the Mahi Mahi which she said was very good and my friend and I had the Ravioli's which also were very tasty. We started with Caesar Salads which were fresh very and crispy, my friend had the Citrus Salad which was very soggy. Our waitress talked us into the Three milk cake for dessert which was just so so but the Cappuccinos where the best around. This is one of our favorite Italian restaurants on 5th."

"Girl's night out for dinner in Naples. Restaurant was very crowded, and rather loud when we got there. We were seated immediately, even though we were early. Waitress was very attentive, and our food was fantastic. Everyone had a different dish - the ravioli, paella, and three different fish dishes. The sea bass and the parchment wrapped salmon were the two favorites. We split two desserts - the lava cake special is to die for."
