"I was impressed with White Chocolate. It was buzzing with people and the menu offered pretty much whatever you'd like to eat. Great tasting food and very good service. Noise level a little high for conversation but the place was really crowded. I would definitely take a client here again."

"We all took my mom here for Mother's Day, and had a great experience. The food was fantastic, though we did find their menu a little lacking. If you go, you HAVE to try their white chocolate brownie--it's to die for!"

I've enjoyed this restaurant since it opened in Naperville. It's a little dark, but very comfortable. The waitstaff is good, as is the food, with good desserts and coffee. The Israeli couscous is killer."

"I went to WCG on Mother's Day just for the White Chocolate Brownie and it was delicious. Booking through Open Table got me seated in just minutes and our desert came out very quickly. This brownie is the best desert I've ever eaten. I would recommend WCG to anyone for any meal!"

"I had never been to White Chocolate Grill before, but all I heard from other people was that I had to try the place. I decided to give it a try with my Mom on Mother's Day this year. I had made reservations no problem through Opentable. When we arrived we were greeted by the friendly host stand and told that we would be sat close to the time of our reservation. My Mom and I went to the bar for a drink. The bartenders were friendly. The price of drinks were about the same as anywhere else. We were seated not too long after our reservation time and promptly greeted by our server, Becky, who was great! She answered any questions we had about the menu and even made small talk. It was a great overall experience for a descent price."

"The White Chocolate Grill was a great find. My fiancee and I were seeing each other for the first time in 4 months and wanted to go out to dinner somewhere a little more romantic, but not too expensive (both of us are medical students so cost is always a concern). I am SO glad we decided to try this restaurant; the ambience is romantic and upscale with candles on each table, but also family friendly. The food was delicious, generously portioned and not overpriced. Our waiter came back whenever my water dipped below 3/4's full and even though we were too full for dessert, the dessert menu looked phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone!"

"This place is always awesome and I have nothing bad to say about this restaurant. We always receive award winning service from the moment we come in to the moment that we leave. The food and drinks we're awesome AND we didn't have to wait as long for a table as we were previously told. We love this place! "Service at White Chocolate Grill was terrific. The food was very good as well and my fiancé and I had a great experience! We were seated almost immediately after arriving 5-10 minutes before our reservation after a walk-in couple was told the wait was nearly an hour. Overall a great night and we will recommend White Chicolate Grill to all our friends."

"Made a reservation, asked for a booth and then wwe were given in my opinion the worst booth available versus the best booth available. We requested different seating and were accomodated.
Not really sure who our server was - three different people approached the table and introduced themselves and then someone totally different picked up the check.
One was for drinks and then never saw him again. Two different people talked to us about food.
Food was pricey, service so so. Not sure I'm coming back.

"My reservations were for 830. Arrived and was seated immediately. The restaurant was not crowded. My complaint would be my server. From the beginning it was clear that he just wanted his shift to end. There was no water given( we had to ask), he neglected to ask how things were after the food arrived ad dropped off the bill without asking if we wanted dessert. The food was good but I couldn't help but feel rushed and that made for a bad experience."

"This is far and away the best restaurant I have ever dined at. We had an one appetizer, 6 different meal selections, and 3 different deserts and they were all outstanding. I had the tenderlion which was perfectly prepared with the apple-BBQ sauce. The meat on the spare ribs fell off the bone with a touch of the fork. The cheesecake is the better than restaurants that specialize in cheesecakes. The service is impeccable. I have never had such outstanding service from a waitress who really, really cared that every thing was perfect. The table was ready when we arrived with the flowers that I had ordered. The waitress asked about our special occasion and throughout the meal treated us and talked with us as if we were part of her family."

"I loved my experience here - I have recently become gluten free and finding a staff that is helpful and knowledge is hard to come by. They had an entire gluten free menu and a staff that was very knowledgable on the subject. The gluten free chocolate molten cake was delicious. The Perfectly grilled Atlantic salmon (GF) was delicious as well. The entire table agreed that both were delectable. They had an extensive wine and beer menu (including GF beer!) and a wide range of selections for all palets - they had steak, burgers, salads, sandwiches, seafood, and more! LOVED my experience!"

"As usual, we were not disappointed - we all tried new dishes as we celebrated a family BDay dinner.
Our food was excellent - delivered very promptly and cooked just right.
Tried the BBQ Ribs and Rotisserie Chicken combo for the first time - it was very good - tender and flavorful and a very generous portion.
Others had the Parmigiana-encrusted Filet (steak), and the Country Chicken salad - all were pleased and full.

"Great place for appetizers; ahi tuna and artichoke spinach dip very good. Rib Eye steaks were a little weak. Also, this is THE ONLY restaurant I've ever been too that serves martinis NOT filled to the top. When we mentioned to waiter, he was indifferent. I was really disappointed in the service; waiter had no sense of humor. He almost seemed like we were a bother to wait on. They add pistachios to mashed potatoes; didn't like this at all. Filet was tasty and good; one person had crab cakes and said they were great. In general, hit or miss - not sure I'd go back primarily because of the waiter and the skimpiness on the drinks."

"We went for our anniversary dinner. While the food was very good, I felt the service was lacking. I didn't feel "greeted" by my server. Staff stood around talking at the bar, while we waited for more drinks or even to be asked how we are doing. I had to wait for my salad after my husband got and finished his soup. While the restaurant comped us the salad and offered us free dessert, I still didn't feel "welcome" at the restaurant. Nice gesture, but it wouldn't have been necessary if we had been served properly. I would come back and hope it will be a bit better of an experience. Right now I'm kind of "meh" about it."

"Didn't think the entres were as tasty as when first opened. We go to this restaurant about 3 times a year. It's a little out of our way but we return because the food has been consistently great until this last visit. The tuna appetizer was delicious and so was the whitle choc brownie dessert but the entres of salmon and steak were not up to the standards we experienced on our past visits. A little disappointing. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the wait staff is always upbeat and helpful. We will return and try other menu items next time."

"This was my second time here and I thoroughly enjoyed the food both times. The drinks have all been perfect and wait times for drinks and food were minimal. I don't think my water glass ever got below half full. Service seems to be a community effort, even though you have a sever someone else may bring your food/drinks, check, and the person who returns your card may not be the same one who picked it up. I see pros and cons to this, while everything is fast it can be a little off putting too.On this visit, the server was awful. She was not at all interested in being there, and fake smile and constant interruptions really ruined the evening. I'll probably be back, but if I keep getting this server I'll stop."

"Our dinner experience was pretty good. Couple of hitches with drinks, flat tonic and rather weak on the alcohol, even with call liquor. Food was really good. Some of us had rib & chicken platters, which were absolutely delicious. Had an issue with filets not be prepared to temp as requested, but server and manager quickly corrected problem and brought us whole new dinners. New ones were just fine. I thought this was very professional on their part and will definitely go back. White chocolate brownie dessert...yummy..."

"There were 3 people in our party. Our lunch was served quickly but we were not rushed. The decor was beautiful and modern, we were seated right away upon arrival. Our wait staff was friendly, professional and courteous. Our orders consisted of a turkey club sandwich with fries, a cajun chicken sandwich with fries and a grilled chicken sandwich with steamed broccoli. The chicken was cooked to perfection and probably the most moist and tender chicken I have ever had, without falling apart. The bun was delicious. The club sandwich was served on toast, which at first disappointed me a little, however after the first bite that went away. The food was delish, the abidance was nice, price was reasonable and the waitstaff professional."

"We went on a couples dinner night at 5:30 on a Saturday. I would definitely suggest making reservations around that time or any later.
We didn't find any problems with noise, and the food was very good - especially dessert! Service was great and very polite. Environment is very modern and classy. Food comes in moderately large portions, and is priced on the higher end of average. 4 people, meals, dessert for 2, and an appetizer was $110."

"We were a party of three, two adults and a 10 yoa. Our daughter loved her meal and ate every last bite (ribs). Our server, I believe was Nate, was very helpful and gave suggestions. The food came pretty quickly. The staff was quick to step in at the sight of water or drink refilling and clearing of dishes. We were back near the kitchen, it was fine for us but older people might not share the same sentiment. Overall it was a great dining experience. We were there on Friday, 4/5/13 for dinner."

"This was our first experience with White Chocolate Grill and it was very pleasant. Our server was most attentive and we appreciated that. I had the Prime Rib and it was done to perfection. Hubby had the Steelhead special and it was good. Dessert was a highlight with the White chocolate brownie. I would have one suggestion though. The area in which we were seated, opposite the bar, was very warm. I would encourage lowering the temperature."
