"I was very disappointed with our 1st experience at Mahogany's. We had two servers with a 6pm reservation on Friday, June 7th. This might work when they got busy but for us it seemed like one of them was always standing at our table. There was no time to be able to enjoy a conversation over dinner. When we sat a fork down & even remotely looked like we were finished they were taking the plate. Overall, felt very rushed. The steak had good flavor but was not consistent temperature. It was charred on the outside, well done toward the outside and cooked to temperature (medium) in the middle. The sides and appetizer were very overpriced for what you got. For the same or less money we have had a much better dining experience at other restaurants."

"I brought my parents to Mahogany to celebrate their 58th wedding anniversary. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is very professional. My parents and quests were treated like royalty. Lee and Ashleigh took care of our every need and want quickly and without having to prompt or ask. Now on to the meal. Simply the best steak I have ever put in my mouth. I ordered the 14 ounce steak with cream spinich and ceaser salad. The meal was absolutely wonderful. Everyone in our party continued to bring up how excellent the meal was throughout the remainder of the evening. Superb."

"We go to this restaraunt for every special occasion and whenever we can. It is extremely consistent on the quality of food and service is amazing. The steaks are the best we have ever eaten and crab legs are awesome. I would definitely recommend this steak house to everyone. It is an expensive meal but worth it!"

"My wife and I live in NYC and frequently hit the local steak restaurants there for a good meal. When comparing Mahogany to our New York City options, there's a lot we like about Mahogany which keeps us coming back. For the money, Mahogany is quite reasonable. Most restaurants of this type generally charge about %10 to %15 additional. Secondly, a good steak is common but Mahogany sets itself apart with quality sides and dessert. There's no doubt in my mind that the best steak to be had is at an undisputed institution of steak in NYC, however, Mahogany offers much more than just a great steak and it is certainly an option my wife and I will exercise when back in Tulsa."

"I've been to this resturant about 5-6 times over the last 4 years. I like to rotate different steak and seafood houses when visiting the Tulsa area. For whatever reason after some time between visits, I forget the fact that Mahogany's is just far superior to every other one in town. Yes, it's expensive ($300 - $500 per meal by how we do it)...but anyone looking for a "dining experience" and a special meal to share with you spouse will not walk away with diner's remorse. It's not very often that I systematically savor each bite of appetizer, soup, and entree with a sip of wine after each. You can't help but do that while dining here. I think it's the best restaurant in Tulsa...and easily our favorite."

"The food and service is just unbeatable. Our group of 8 started with the seafood Monty and it was just delicious. Four of the 8 are big men and steak fanatics; each had the bone in filet and said it was the best steak they had ever eaten. "I was not as impressed with Mahogany as I have been in the past. They were unable to accommodate my request for a particular table, which is somewhat understandable. They did offer to allow us to wait for 20-30 minutes until it freed up, but we settled for another table. I ordered a bottle of wine that I am extremely familiar with. It was the same brand and line, but was a 2011 vintage, NOT the 2009 I have been served here several times in the past. I sent it back and requested a different wine from the list. "The smallest filet was 8 ounces, would have preferred a 6 ounce choice as in most steak restaurants. We were not impressed with the taste of the steak.
The "tag team" of two waitpersons made us feel "rushed". There is such a thing as too much attention!!! Constantly interrupted, including the time when after we had only been seated about 20 minutes,and were halfway through the meal with a lot of food on our plates, one of the "team" breezed by our table and quickly asked if we would like "boxes to go" for the remaining food.
We drove all the way from OKC for a special, romantic evening. Could have been better."

"My client and I both ordered the bone-in filet cooked medium rare. The steaks came cooked medium+ and after sitting on the hot plate for a few minutes, were medium-well before we had barely started eating them.
At a restaurant that is supposed to be this nice and when I paying this much for a steak, I don't expect it to be this overcooked.
