"The food was prepared decently, but the portions were very small. Three of us ordered the Veal Picatta and we all left the restaurant hungary. We had soup first which was very good. One person ordered the muscles appetizer and had to send it back because it was cold. They were not busy so that is not an excuse. The prices are high for what you get. We had cocktails at the bar and then had wine with our meal so money is not an issue unless you do not get what you paid for."

"Reerved a 7:00 pm time and was not seated until 7:30 pm. Food was OK, but nothing to rave about. One thing that really fried my wife and I was the "side salad" that cost $9.95 (each) and was basically your run of the mill McDonald's side salad.
To say that this visit was a disappointment is an understatement."

"The staff was great. Our guest showed up 20 min late and the staff tried to make us feel most comfortable in waiting. Offering us drinks while we wait. They often watched out for our guests for us. Friendly and respectful though out the entire night. Never felt rushed even after our food came and the place was filling up. Nice atmosphere."

"We go to Milano's about once a month. We had a group of 9 for a birthday dinner.
The service was very good, the food was excellent, but they are a little slow this time at getting it prepared.
The chocolate flourless cake they made for us was soft like jello, so they didn't charge us for it.
We didn't really care about the cake quality, we ate it without any complaints.
We love Milano's, and we recommend it all the time for the great food and relaxed atmosphere."

"Accommodated our request to be seated earlier than reservation ie5.45 -6pm. Service was great from start to finish. Restaurant wasn't busy, but a foursome seated after we were dining directly behind us turned out to be very loud and vocal, and obviosly not concerned about other diner's comfort. Would suggest when it isn't busy, more thought given to seating so that diners can be afforded a little space, and a buffer against noisier groups.
While the food was fantastic, the portions seemed rather small - and we're not massive eaters who expect heaping portions, or leftovers...my boyfriend who eats like a sparrow even felt bereft! Had calamari and carpaccio apps - delicious but miserly portions for the price."

"We had a 5:30 reservation and didn't receive our main course until almost 6:40. Service was exceedingly slow. In retrospect, we made the mistake of ordering salad and soup. That seems to have delayed placing our main course order with the kitchen. Others who were seated after us and didn't order a first course had finished eating their dinners before our meals were served.We had finished the first course and our plates were cleared. We waited quite a bit of additional time when I began wondering about our dinner and glanced at my watch. It was already 6:15. "Our first time there but definitely not our last. It's a little out of our way but I can see why locals frequent this restaurant. The food was awesome from the salads to the homemade deserts. Very upscale but not pretentious. The kitchen is part of the dining room, which gives it that authentic Italian feeling. Our waiter, Brian, was with us every step -checking on us but not too much. I can't wait to go back for lunch and try a wood fired pizza."
