Elements, located in the new Riverwoods Center, is yet another hit for local chef Dustin McKay. One taste and there’s no question – Elements is sleek, and their food is consistently true to its roots. Servers are efficient and friendly, and an extensive, ever evolving wine list ensures that even the most exacting wine drinker may find something unique. Elements delightfully offers beautifully prepared, fresh, flavorful dishes, just waiting for the curious diner to revel in.
"Great appetizers, the lettuce wraps are always a hit, and the calamari is great, although a little sweet. Pizzas are very good as well, just dont go in thinking you are getting an authentic NY style pizza (I am a NewYorker) As a high-end artisan style pizza, though, it is very good. Taco Tuesday is a great time, with 5 different tacos, all good. Carne is the most authentic, and then the fish with a mango style salsa is a fresh taste and somewhat original and the ahit tuna puts an asian twist to a taco. $2 drafts on the special with the tacos makes it a cheap and fun night out. Burgers are great although a bit pricey. Service at the bar and for drinks in general is pretty slow and shoddy, always feel like it is a chore to get a drink."

"Lunch is the best. Amazing choice from burgers to salads and many options for combinations. All good to excellent. I like the atmosphere for meetings - usually busy but reliable service and enough privacy to talk."

"We dined on the evening of Utah State graduation. Although graduation was planned for over a year, the front-of-house staff at Elements was unprepared. We arrived on-time for our 7:15 reservation, and we were told that they were behind. They advised that our wait would be 15-20 minutes. We were seated about 20 minutes later. I felt bad for our server, because she was obviously given too much to handle. She wasn't able to greet our table for close to 10 minutes (my best guess--I realize that my perception as a guest is longer, but I'm pretty sure this is accurate). Basically, we finally had water 30 minutes after our 7:15 reservation. I was embarrassed--this was a joint graduation/Mother's Day dinner, and I felt I failed."

"Food was wonderful. Service was not so good. When asked to add one more person to our table the girl rolled her eyes! the atmosphere was awesome, the size of the table for the group was great! Food did not arrive at the table together, some waited for 12 minutes after everyone else had received their food. Loved the restaurant."

"Great selection on menu. We arrived before 11:45 am so qualified for the Early Bird lunch menu. Such a deal! I'm picky about both and they have really good burgers and salads."

"I chose the Elements Restaurant for my anniversary dinner with my spouse. We decided to get the dinner for 2 with appetizer, salad, entree, and dessert. Everything was very delicious and my spouse and I loved it. The service was excellent and we would definitely chose Elements Restaurant again."

"I've stayed at the adjoining hotel over the past 3 years and knew of the restaurant, but have never tried it. It was such a fantastic surprise from the decor, the view, the service, and the food. Not only was the food the best I have had in Logan, but the portions were enormous. If it wasn't for Open Table, I'm not sure if I would have tried this fabulous restaurant. It will be number 1 on my to-do list next trip to Logan! The meatloaf and filet mignon were both delicious. The creme brule was the perfect way to end a perfect meal before an Aggie basketball game. Better than a great cruise ship cuisine."

"I would never think that I was going to be able to click on all the options in the list of Special Features when reviewing a restaurant, but Elements definitely takes the cake.
The food is extremely good, you can tell that the chef puts a lot of effort on combining flavors, not to mention the presentation of every dish is something that you won't see in any other restaurant in town.
Every time I want to feel eating at an upscale restaurant, the first and only thing that comes to my mind is Elements.
And you would think that the food is expensive, but it's actually very cheap for what they offer, I would say they average entree is around 18 dollars, and on top of that they have specials ever day of the week.
Definitely recommend"

"The atmosphere was great-seated right next to the fireplace. Server was ok-didn't tell us of any specials or recommendations or suggestions. The food was delicious but huge portions. Took more home than we ate. The service was quite slow and non memorable."

"A pleasant dining experience. The food is consistently good and certainly a value given the reasonable price. The wine list is adequate, but limited in that it seldom changes. The decor creates a comfortable feeling, but the lighting is much too bright to be considered a romantic experience."
