"The fish was quite fresh and very well prepared. Swordfish was slightly over salted. Snapper very over salted. We did find the quality very good however, so next visit we would simply ask for a no salt preparation of any dish ordered. Service was amateurish, but reliable."

"I had a reservation at the restaurant, however, I had to wait for more 30 minutes to get a reserved able. Yet there are people came after me with no reservation and got a table before me. Once we sit down, it took 10 minutes to get any service.
One of my guest ordered a burger and it had not just 1 but few long hairs in the burger. Pasta was cold and over cooked with no flavor. They are filling you with ton of cold hard bread. The location is nice but bad service, bad food, bad experience, and expensive. I paid over $110 for a terrible dinner."

"This is a testament that half of the dining experience is about service...and in this case the service was hideous. Our friend ordered a Greay Goose on the rocks, and a totally watered down drink arrived. The waiter said he would take care of it, he went to the bar, came back with a bottle that was not Grey Goose and poured it into the already full drink. Te evening went from bad to worse. One of our diners never got half of what they ordered, we had to track down the waiter non stop, it took 30 minutes to get a drink...to top it off, I had a valet ticket and the waiter said I would have to take it to the host stand myself-- it was three feet away. He did however return with a card requesting we give them a good review on Trip Advisor."

"We had an outdoor table and the food was better than average Italian. The problem was the service. We had a party of six and clearly the waiter knew the gratuity was included. He did not approach the table unless called and left the menus on the table after ordering. Fortunately we were seated by the hostess podium and the gentleman seating was attentive to our needs. They also charge $1 for water per person. Would be willing to give it another try but not optimist."

"Not the first time here - but the best so far. Previously sat at bar for Sunday brunch (very good). And unfortunately had two other previous experiences where the hostess was absolutely rude - and we ended up walking away. *This* evening, though, was excellent. The Host was personable, fun, and was even singing to the tables at the end of the evening. Maybe he got into some of the fine wine they have there? ;-)"

"We experienced a truly perfect dining experience at Luna Rosa. The food, wine and service was perfect. And the ambiance can't be gotten anywhere else in the area. We are outside enjoying the ocean air and view and feeling a part of the scene but yet it was still a fine dining experience. We are only disappointed that we didn't try it sooner."

"we made reservations at the cafe Luna for Easter Sunday. We had been there several times before and enjoyed the food the ambiance in service. This time we were hugely disappointed the food was terrible the service was inadequateand the environment with no easy and hi traffickywe will not be going back to this restaurant again."

"They admittedly overbook reservations so our 7 pm reservation turned into a 745 seating. A lot of people were crowded around the front desk all w 7 pm reservations and all talking over each other. I had a gift certificate which I would have tried to cash in just as they were seating us. The gentleman in charge admitted they overbook regularly. This happened a year ago. I will not go back. Too much of a hassle."

"For an appetizer we Eggplant Rollatini. It was very good and the sauce was tremendous. While having that we thought we were going to really enjoy our dinner based on the sauce on the Eggplant. We ordered the Seafood with Fettucini. It was terrible-perhaps it was a bad day.It was a special and I rarely order the special of the day. The Lobster was overcooked as was all the seafood and the sauce was oily/greasy and wasn't good at all.
We would go back but would limit what we ordered in the future because we heard too many good things about them to let just one time ruin their reputation."
