Ruth's Chris Steak House - St. Louis
Location in the newly renovated Hyatt Regency overlooking the St. Louis Arch. The 125 seat lounge has views of the arch and is blocks from baseball, football & hockey.
We have 18 cozy booths in our dining rooms and bars. The bar boast private booths with satellite television in each.

"We had a romantic dinner planned at Ruth's Chris. It was ok. Kind of a load restaurant for a "date night." This location is in a tourist'y location. I think there was a wedding, prom and fraternity party all going on in this hotel. FWIW."

"Stopping over in St. Louis for the night, we were so happy to find this particular restaurant at the hotel. We were tired and hungry for a good meal. Ruth's Chris really hit the spot. We each had a cup of soup before our steaks. The French onion soup was excellent."

"This dining visit was an exellent experience. I enjoyed everything from the first rate service to the exquisite atmosphere. My wife was really pleased with her steak which she described as melt in your mouth like butter. I would truely recommend this to anyone who wants to be treated like royalty"

"My husband and I went to celebrate Valentines Day. We had a very nice table for two, in a quiet corner, next to the window. We had a great view of the Arch. Our server was knowledgable, friendly and prompt. Our food was served hot and was very good. The lobster bisque was excellent as was my chocolate cheesecake that I had for dessert. Main course of steak was good as well. It was a very enjoyable evening."

"Excellent food and service. I cannot say enough good about Donna who was our waitress. She was a very fun waitress and very attentive. I would defiantely go back and request her for another exceptional dining experience.

"Excellent server and quick to get seated. The ribeye had great flavor but the meat wasn't the best. The au gratin potatoes were undercooked and were still hard. If I go back, I'll definitely be getting something completely different."
