Executive Chef Rob Cordonier leads a talented and committed team that focuses on the local bounty available. Choice cuts of meat and seafood have been carefully sourced to ensure that we are supporting ethical and sustainable harvest practices on our menus.

"Brought my mother here for mothers day, second year in a row although I have eaten at the bistro several other times for a multitude of reasons. Service was very fast, fun and thoughtful, food was excellent (Rob only makes that eggs Benny and those onions scones twice a year) and the wine, delicious. Thanks again Hillside, will be back soon."

"This is a great place to eat. We go frequently and have never had a problem. Our son was in town for a short visit and we wanted to chat.
The first place we went was too noisy, so we booked at Hillside and had a great time
