"I arranged a client lunch at Degrezia. I wanted good food, an opportunity to talk without a lot of interference or noise, and a central location. Degrezia came through on all counts. This is not a cheap lunch, but the value is good and all plates were clean. The service staf is excellent and totally responsive. I would return often for business lunch."

"I (hesitatingly) told friends about about our meal, only b/c they asked. Didn't want to seem like it was bragging. Everyone was shocked. Said I should write Open Table. It would have been a nicer courtesy if the waiter – at the least – had mentioned the price on the 'specials.' Especially when it was $80 for the special' rubbery Dover Sole? Waiter, captain, etc. were all too busy. Even to have gotten the food to the table on time: the pasta, Dover Sole & liver all arrived lukewarm. They told us they were very busy. I can them we were sadly disappointed."

"It was a big disappointment having dinner at this venerable upscale old school Italian restaurant- a one time neighbor of Luetece. I have been a patron of this restaurant on and off for the past 15 years and have fond memories of having very good meals and service here including many expense account lunches-not on Saturday night. Our food was mediocre -The ceasar salad was just not eatable and was taken back and replaced with another salad. The sweet breads appetizer was good-the rest of the food was quite pedestrian -walked on. Our waiter never came back for dessert orders and another waiter had to find our bill which was incorrect since it from another table. Sorry we are not going back too soon- I am now in my patron "off" mode"

"Was fiending some old school Italian joint where they serve killer homemade pasta dishes like when I was back in Rome near the coliseum in this small little neighborhood & behold I have found that authentic taste @ DeGrezia ristorante!!!!! Awesome from start to finish. We were sat down in a banquet style sofa that seemed like they just took off the fresh vinyl covers from something out of a previous mob style hit to cleanup the evidence. I swear this restaurant is straight out of the movie the Godfather or Goodfellas. The staff know how I do it right in this place. Very very old school service & style. Excellent capellini aragosta, authentic Caesar salad, phenomenal farro soup, & the best tiramisu/ espresso I've ever had in my life."

"The food here is the big selling point along with its extensive wine list. The food is also well priced...the wine is another story. On the expensive side for sure. The service was good but i found myself having to look for the waiter more times then i would have cared to. The place is comfortable and its the perfect setting for a valentines day meal which is what i used it for. I would go back"

"I remember going to this restaurant several years ago for lunch and it was notable then. I took my wife for Valentine's day and was amazed to see how this place transformed into a romantic setting in the evening while maintaining its exceptionally high standards. We shared several courses before our main dish and all were superb in preparation, presentation and flavor. My Salmon entre was fresh and expertly done. This is clearly an establishment that pays attention to detail. Overall, a wonderful dinning experience!"
