Welcome to Pizza Republica!
The word "republic" is derived from the Latin phrase res publica, which can be translated as "a public affair". In our eyes it helps define our hospitality and passionate culinary style. Quite simply, we don't cook for us or our ego, we cook for and serve you. We strive to bring the rustic ambiance and fresh ingredient farm to table philosophy found throughout Italy, home to Colorado. We use the finest imported ingredients and century old artisan traditions to bring the definitive Neapolitan pizza experience to our guests.

"Our server was nice enough - me and 2 other people in our group just felt that something was off about with the overall experience.. One person's chicken was pink inside and although she sent it back it was still pink the second time. I would not go back to that the Pizza Republic.
When someone asked about their change she was told that they round up - meaning she was not getting her change back at all. I don't like that. Even if it is a penny it is still owed to the customer.
Those in our group who had pizza really liked it.
