"My sister and I went here with my Dad! We did the tasting menu and we all agreed it was the most amazing meal we ever had! Even my dad who is generally not that adventurous with his food choices loved everything. Not only was the food full of delicious and creative flavors but we had a view of the entire strip which was incredible. The service was wonderful and our waiter was very friendly and not stuffy at all like some other high end restaurants are."

"Hubby and I dined here after seeing Bill Maher at The Palms theater. We had requested and received a lovely window table with a great view of the Vegas lights. Food was well prepared and served with style and grace. We splurged with a Grand Marnier souffle for dessert which was yummy!"

"No ambiance and no decor. For what they charge does not even come close to other top restaurants in town. The food was good but the portions were very small. I had to go eat somewhere else after this dinner. Service was good but they look at you and they only see $$$ signs. I did not feel welcomed. I can see that they were very well trained and very polite but there was no human touch. I felt like some robots were serving me dinner."

"The staff attending our party (of four friends enjoying Vegas and dining for a pre-dinner show) was very attentive and friendly--smiles and positive attention. The food was served and presented beautifully. The sea bass delicious as well as the chocolate soufflé. Each of us agreed it was a perfect choice, and though appears pricey, the final bill with drinks, wine, all food was reasonable for the quality, the environment--wow views from huge windows, and the service made it a good value."

"We had dinner there this past Friday night and had an incredible experience. From the beginning to the end of the meal, the staff there was friendly, knowledgeable and just a delight to deal with. The food was fantastic. The foie gras was some of the best I have every had, deliciously prepared. My husband had the lamb chops, which were incredible. He loved the sauce in which it was served. I had the filet, which was prepared perfectly. The views of Vegas were spectacular with the setting sun. Definitely a place to return to!"

"The service was amazing. From the welcome desk, to being seated, we knew we were in for a treat. We had the 7 course taster menu, and were delighted.
We were encouraged to share each course, so we ordered 14 different things and REALLY got to sample some amazing food.

"They changed their menu vastly. I loved bringing guest in from out of town to try the lobster thermidor which was always excellent and now it's completely different and frankly, not worth the price or trip. "The best way to describe Alize is mixed. The veal was wonderful but the sea bass literally tasted like fish sticks. Great atmosphere and somewhat small. Wine list not very extensive and surprisingly the somolier was not very knowlegeable of the wine list despite it not being very extensive. $25 for a salad seems pricey in particular the rather non-unique salad served."

"We had an unbelievable time at Alize. We were visiting Vegas for our first time and celebrating our anniversary and the staff at Alize made our evening so special. We started off sharing the Maine Lobster Bisque which was incredible. I had the Filet which was melt in your mouth and my husband had the Prome Rib which was equally as tender and amazing as my steak, we ended off with the crime brule for dessert. At the top of the Palms, Alize had unbeliveable views of Las Vegas and we got to watch the strip come alive as the sun went down. We had incredible service from the wait staff, Javier and our other 2 dedicated servers. We can't wait to come back and would recommend Alize to anyone going to Vegas as a must."

"We had our 25th wedding anniversary dinner at the altise and they helped to make it a very special night. The whole night overall went extremely smoothly - we were greeted with a "happy anniversary" upon arrival, the flowers I had sent in advance were on the table waiting, the request for a window sea.t had been fulfilled and the night finished with a small gift of some chocolates from the head waiter..... "As restaurant owners in Olympia, WA, my wife and I tend to be rather discriminating diners. We search for restaurants of similar scope to the one we own for purposes of further exploring culinary creativity, plating, etc...We dined at Alize on Wednesday 4/3/13. Three of 4 of our party had Chef Rochat's and Chef de Cuisine Mark Purdy's tasting menu. (We were deeply appreciative that not all members of our party were required to do the tasting menu as is common at other venues). Overall, we were greatly impressed with the quality of food, the plating and the attentiveness of the staff. Pricing was consistent with other Las Vegas venues focusing on fine dining. Although off the strip, we strongly recommend taking the time to visit Alize."

"Perfect!! I previously experienced Alize' and enjoyed it very much. So upon considering a special place to take my visiting Parents for Easter Dinner I thought I would try Alize' again. The Dinner event was wonderful. My desire to give them an experience beyond their expectations succeeded. Entering the restaurant and being escorted to our seat by the window my parents were immediately pleased. We decided upon the chef's tasting menu and it was deliciously perfect. My mother and father quote the finely prepared dishes they enjoyed and savor. Thank you for providing such a wonderful room and restaurant."

"This was our second visit to Alize and our return trip was just as special as the first. The beautiful view of the Strip and the mountains was second only to the wonderful cuisine. The wait staff did a marvelous job of taking care of anything we needed while maintaining a romantic dinner setting.
This was the perfect place to celebrate out 21st anniversary."

"This by far is one of the greatest dining experiences my wife and I have ever had. The view is unbeatable. You have a view of the entire strip and the mountains as well. This place is high end from start to finish. I found it very interesting that the staff is not uptight at all, and put you at ease. Unfortunately we had to rush to see a show, but the staff made us feel as though we could have stayed at our table all night if we wanted to. This food you want to savor as long as you can. My wife ordered the lobster bisque which must be the best on the planet."
