"We went for their special Mother's day brunch and made reservations on Open Table for 9:30am. When we got there they told us the brunch didn't start until 10, but that we could sit and have coffee, tea and juice until then. Disappointing, but not much we could do. Drinks would have been nice, except not a single server came by. We sat neglected for more than a half an hour until we decided (after seeing other guests eating) that the buffet must have opened. I had to pour my own orange juice after spotting it on a nearby counter. Also my husband had to go to the bar and get our (complimentary) mimosas, as we had a server come by maybe twice the whole two hours we were there. The food itself was decent enough, but the service, unsatisfactory."

"Our family enjoyed the Mother's Day brunch at Faz. The food was good, and adequate variety. We also liked the ambience: classy and not overly mobbed.
The automatic 20% service charge was unexpected for a party of 4, and for a self service buffet. This added an addional $25 to the bill. Our watress barely spoke to us.
I'd recommend Faz for special occasions only."

"Exceptional service. Food was good, maybe very good for a buffet. space is a bit limited, thus offerings are similarly limited. Also kids abound, most well behaved (I suppose this is to be expected on mothers day, but I personally hate it -- and I have kids) and the space is a bit crammed with tables. seems like a few more than normal.
Overall a very nice brunch, though a bit pricey and the addition of a compulsory gratuity (for a party of three) is a bit much in a buffet situation. Having said that, the server was fantastic and was duly awarded an additional gratuity."

"This was not the first time I went to Faz for lunch. We were a group of 7 and had reservations at noon. The place was packed with several large groups. One area outside had a buffet setup for the group. They clearly where overwhelmed and could not handle a full house. The appetizers came fairly soon after ordering. The lunch entree was served at 1 pm. The quality of the food was really poor for at least half of the dishes: chicken was too dry. We joked that we recognized some Costco items on the plate: the red beets, huge chunks, from a package. We will not go back. The assistant to our server was really very helpful and came with several boxes, offered to wrap, if we wanted to take the food home."

"If I could help it, I wouldn't go back. My senior colleague ordered his meal "well done" & the waiter thought he was getting a compliment .. the food arrived quite rare & much to my colleague's dislike. The vegetarian options were few & my meal was mediocre - a $115 bill for dinner without any drinks ..."

"This was the second Easter brunch for our family. Food is fair, nothing special. The price is quite high. There supposed to have a Easter eggs hunt for the children. by the time we finished the meal, there were no more eggs, or many empty one left. It was very disappointing for the kids."

"Although we made the reservation ahead of the time for a table of 5, the table was not ready by the time we were taken in. We had to stand around to wait for them to set up the table. Besides the lamb chop, all other orders were poorly prepared. Our waiter was warm enough to have recommended my dish but did not bother to ask how I would like the meat to be prepared and I mistakenly took it for granted that they know how to prepare the meat. It came more than well done, dry and very chewy. Although we had just 5 people dining, among the just 3-5 other tables around for the duration of our dinner, the check came in with a 20% gratuity included!"

"I was meeting someone at Faz for dinner, but was very early for the reservation (1.5 hrs). Not only was there a good range of bar snacks available for my wait (eg, housemade potato chips, vegetables, etc), but the hostess even seated me by myself an hour before my dining partner showed up. The food was very good, particularly the salmon, bacon-wrapped scallops, and roasted chicken. Even the housemade pita with olive oil/herb dip was good. The wine list included plenty of selections by the glass, including slightly rarer options, such as a malbec and a Tuscan white."

"Had a very nice Valentine's dinner. Our server "Mitra" was so good. Excellent customer service. The managers came to our table and checked on us if everything was doing good. Very professionals. "It was a lot nicer than I imagined, I will be back I got the pomagranite chicken which was fine the potatoes made me sad but the rest was good. The service was impeccable its very classy it looks like they work hard to keep it that way, I can't wait to try they're breakfast brunch."

"Superbowl eve, restaurant not crowded. Both of the salads ordered were missing some ingredients listed on the menu. (We checked menu again while leaving restaurant) When questioned, waiter disagreed ingredients were missing. Beat salad was still excellent, but organic baby greens lackluster w/o toasted walnuts and pomegranate vinaigrette. Oven roasted baby artichokes appetizer ok, not great. Mediterranean platter, Pomegranate chicken and rolled chicken kabobs very good. Waiter did not ask if we wanted a second glass of wine or second cup of coffee. The freshly-brewed coffee was very good."
