"It was my son's first time there and he was not disappointed. He had the egg rolls and potato stack and was very impressed. My daughter got her usual Macaroni and cheese and the potato stack and said everything was amazing. My husband got the pork chops and I got the steak salad. It is certainly food worth talking about as we all talked about it the next day."

"Best dining experience I have had in quite a while. Service was excellent but not obtrusive. However, the star here is the food. There were four of us and we all had different food and everything was superb! We all also had different desserts and they were all stellar and just the right finishing touch. Would recommend this to all and we can't wait to go back!!!!"

"Uniscali is our "go to" place whether we are celebrating a special occasion, having dinner with old friends, entertaining clients, or just having a spur-of-the-moment dinner. Dennis, Christina, Kim, Scott, Rosanna, and the gang are always friendly and provide top-of-the-line service. The food is second to none! The creativeness and flavors are always a hit and never a disappointment. In fact, because of the food and people, we are disappointed when we go to other restaurants! Uniscali (and Union) have spoiled us!"

"Our family celebrates many occasions at Uniscali, because the food is excellent and the staff is amazing. The menu always has a variety of wonderful offerings and our palates have never been let down. We also enjoy the great variety of wines. Their Gelato is some of the best that I have ever tasted. The wait staff is very knowledgeable about all the dishes and beverages and they are very attentive to our needs. The owners always give us a warm welcome. We love the fact that it is a smaller restaurant, because it makes for wonderful ambiance."

"Disclaimer: my wife & I are foodies and thus fussy. The atmosphere was nice and the service was great. I applaud their effort. However, the food was not very good. The pre-meal bread was burnt and so was my tenderloin. The attempt at charring is a fine line but when random bites taste like a charcoal briquette, you've failed. The meat was also unseasoned and thus very bland. The Gnocchi was great. My wife's chicken was extremely dry. The appetizer (Squash) was very good as well. The staff was great. They cooked me another steak and even took it off the bill and bought us dessert (pistachio gelato) which was very good. But it’s still hard to recommend based on this experience."

"We have been visiting Uniscali for a few years now and it never disappoints. Christine and the crew make it a very enjoyable experience each time. We love to get the small plates and share. Some of our favorites are the garlicky shrimp which has a very tasty broth, not too much garlic if you are wondering, the beef bruschetta which is always tasty and the italian egg rolls, which are unbelieveable. They aren't like Chinese egg rolls but instead have mozzarella, basil and tomatoes, and they are on a small serving of fresh pesto. Yum! My spouse is always is torn since the Cioppino is outstanding and a regular favorite."

"Uniscali is definitely mine and my wife's favorite date night restaurant, the food is excellent, the people are friendly, and sitting at the chefs bar is a great experience if you are lucky enough to swing it. They have regular tables if you are in the mood for privacy, or a third option of a taller more communal high top table that seats eight. We have met some great people there, and as an added benefit, you get an up close and person look at the food you didn't order.

"Uniscali never disappoints. My husband and I have dined there many times and the food is always outstanding. It is a very small restaurant and very noisy but a fun place to go with friends for the best happy hour prices in town. The Bruschetta with tenderloin is wonderful, as is everything we have tried on the menu. The service is friendly and the owner is always there making sure that everything is running smoothly. Uniscali is by far our favorite restaurant in the Castle Rock area."

"A couple of years ago, we ate at Uniscali during 5280 week and had an excellent experience. Recalling that, we took friends there for a "thank you" dinner this past week. The service, both in attentiveness and timeliness, was very poor. This staff needs to be trained. The caesar salad was simply a charred chunk of Romaine with an anchovy and a wee bit of dressing served on a tiny plate; very difficult to eat. The pork chop special had huge portions which in no way compensated for the fact that it simply wasn't very good. The sorbet was tasty but inadequately mixed, with chunks of ice in it. Coffee? Lukewarm. Not going back and suggest you don't. NOISY."

"The food was outstanding; very flavorful, very imaginative. The servers worked more visibly frantic than efficiently busy and calm. We were seated next to the door (February), so my wife had to wear her coat during dinner because of the people coming and going.

"All in all a wonderful spot. They keep me and my fiancé coming back for more. It's "our" spot. The food is just amazing and even though we have our favorites, occasionally the server will recommend something else and we are always delighted with the results and have to add it to our rotation. The only down side to this place is the lack of beverage choices."

"Uniscali happy hour dining is just right for my wife and me. We look forward to and try an occasional new menu item, but my favorite entree is still the pork chops or beef tenderloin following a small plate of italian egg rolls or calamari steak fries. While I do not always have dessert,every sorbert or gelato taken alone or in combination with other dessert items is wonderful each time. Last night our party of 4 was very pleased with an apple stack combined with pistacio gelato. We definitely plan to return to Uniscali and certainly will continue to bring along our out-of-town guests."
