"Loved, loved, loved this restaurant! Wanted somewhere to celebrate a birthday while in Galena for the weekend. Picked this one because of the reviews and it was also recommended by our innkeepers. The servers were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. From the specialty drinks, English beers, appetizers, entrees, sides, and desserts everything we ordered was exceptional. I would without hesitation recommend this restaurant and can not wait to return sometime soon! Bravo!"

"A dining experience that should not be missed if you are in the area. It's a small place so reservations are necessary. We've dined there a number times and the food is amazingly consistent. Save room for Dessert! Foodies will love this place."

"We visited Perry Street Brasserie last Friday night for with friends. We had a table that was very close to the party next to us. I had the Blackened Salmon, which I orders well done, the salmon was mushy, I had just had salmon at two Minneapolis restaurants while traveling on business in was excellent. My wife ordered the special and felt ii was quite spicy, but told it was the mild version."

"So glad to have stumbled onto this delightful restaurant. The food, service and atmosphere are outstanding. We were happy to pay a bit more than other nearby restaurants for a truly memorable experience. The whole staff (our server DJ, the other server Matthew, and hostess) all helped make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Can't wait to go back."

"The food is incredible. You pay a higher price for it but you definitely get your money's worth on the quality and the quantity. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly."

"Spent another weekend in Galena and took another couple with us who have never been to Perry Street Brasserie before. Once again it exceeded our expectations! The food was unbelievable, the service was excellent, and wine choice made by the staff was right on target! The St Lucia was fabulous like always, but my friend ordered the Veil chops that was the special that night, and it was delicious.

"This was our first visit to the Perry St. Brasserie, and looking forward to our next time! We plan to share this awesome restaurant with friends. The decor is unique, the service exceptional and the food was incredible! This little restaurant is truly a gem in downtown Galena. Reservations are a must as the seating here is limited, but this only adds to the uniqueness of this great place. We enjoyed the Kobe steak as well as the rock lobster, shrimp and scallops. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who longs for an exquisite dish presented in a delightful manner."

"My husband and I were on a road trip from Chicago. We decided to have dinner at one of the better establishments in Galena. The quality of the food did not match the price point at Perry Street Brasserie. But we thought the restaurant was charming and the ambiance perfect for fine(r) dining, and the service was warm and friendly. Howeverm if given the choice again, we would go for bar food in Galena."
