"I've been to Morton's several times, this was my first in San Juan. 8 o'clock reservation seated at 8:15, ordered around 8:45. Minimul attention from waitstaff, waited over a n hour for food. Finally received a room temperature filet that was hardly worthy of the money it cost. Wife's salmon was burnt to crisp, waitress shrugged and said ok. No offer for a different entree, no offer for reduced bill. I have dined at dozens of prime steakhouses and the experiene here was sub par at best. I would have been more pleased with a meal from Texas Roadhouse. Would have cost a quarter of the time and not even a quarter of the price. I should have listened to my wife, she wanted to got to Ruth's Chris, we have never been disappointed there."

Overall service and atmosphere was just as I expected, flawless.
However, the food (all the food) was bland as if there was no seasoning. My wife had shrimp and steak, if you closed hour eyes and took a bite of something on her plate, you couldn't tell what it was.
When a 19 year old (my son), tellse that he had better steak at the outback that is a concern to me."

"We go to Morton's expecting to spend $300 on a good steak and a decent bottle of wine. We accomplished that, here. I think at $122 the porterhouse for two has gone over the top. I think the decor seems wrong for a Caribbean Island .Ithink they could benefit from including a couple of reasonably priced,well selected red wines."

"Great service begins at the entrance, and Franchesca is the best, very accomodating and makes everyone feels special. The server felt like we knew him for a long time, and the person who brought the wine knew what he was talking about. To me that and good food (which you have) is what dinning is all about. I wish everyone could have a table by the window with such nice view, we did!"

"Excellent food quality and outstanding service! Will return in the near future. We were very pleased with our selections, ribeye and spare ribs, both very tasty and cooked to perfection. We were a bit surprised with the horseradish mashed potatoes, but the scalops were perfect! The dessert list sounded great, we wanted to try all of them! We went woth the grand Marnier souffle, it was so big, but undercooked. At least all desserts are made when you order them! Overall it was a good experience, we will try it again at some point, perhaps a special ocassion. We are still debating the price to satisfaction ratio!"

"Service was very helpful, efficient and well-timed. The food was excellent. We were a party of four and all ordered the surf and turf. We shared creamed spinach and mashed potatoes as sides. For dessert we shared chocolate souffle and the huge sundae, OMG great! We enjoyed our evening inmensely and will definitely return soon and try some of the other great dishes that we saw in the menu."
