"I had never eaten there, I went by other ratings that I read. Pleasantly surprised, it was clean, had live music and the salad bar was very well stocked with many items. The gaucho servers were all very nice and I am a rare meat eater, they would go and fetch a new sword full of rare meat that I requested. All in all it was a very nice evening. The best part? It is 1/3 the price of the other Charascaria down the same street which is 150.00 per couple!"

"Before getting to the restrauant, I read the comment "it's just pineapple". But that was the greatest part of the meal. The rest of the menu was great but the pineapple was fantastic. The staff waited on everyone not like other places I have encountered. Everyone in my party agrees that the pineapple was the greatest."

"Went on Monday. Place was very packed. Constantly saw all staff hustling and never let on anything to the untrained eye (was in restaurant business as management for 15 years). Asked a member of staff after things died down if this was a normal Monday. She said no, that they had a large walk in crowd and was down 3 people but got 1 to come in. While I did have to ask for Lamb because it didn't make it around for 1 1/2 hours, the energy of the staff didn't make it upsetting.
While I could prattle on about the food, the way a good staff handles a bad situation speaks more in volumes about the quality and dedication the management gives to both the employees and customers, that the food will never be lacking."

"As the waiters were coming around to each table carving the meat, they would walk right past us at times. It was as if we never existed. They'd go to every table around us, but not us. That is not the first time that has happened. Why? Also, we can make a special request, however, my experience is the special request shows up long after I'm full or not at all. The meal is very good. The restaurant environment is enjoyable. I love the salad bar selection and could be happy even ordering just that! Overall, I think it is good, just wish the service would improve a a bit more with the meat carvers."

"A unique buffet of grilled meats (and pineapple) served on a skewer and sliced to your plate by a constant barrage of attentive waitpersons. You will be served many cuts of beef, lamb, sausage, chicken, pork, pineapple, and stuffed jalapenos, along with helping yourself to a bar of salads and sides. "I just wished that managers have in stock especially on special occasion dates all meat they advertise. eg: didn't have shrimp nor chicken hearts. After a lot of requesting they decide to bring chicken hearts. The disappointment was I requested to speak to the manager and he didn't come."

"The food was average but the prices are good for what you get. Although they try to compete with other churrascaria's in the area it is not on the same level. The meats are tasty but not what you expect. The cheese bread is very dense and is lacking in flavor. For the price you might pay it isn't a bad find, but it is not a place for someone looking for quality meats."

"If you love meat and love the Brazilian steak house experience but hate paying the crazy prices this is the place you need to go. The salad and sides bar is nice but but the meat is the star here. The staff was very attentive and made sure we had a great time, Our waiter was so attentive you would have thought he was the owner. He gave the kind of attention that usually you only get from the owner of a restaurant. We love this place so much we regularly drive almost 40 miles each way to eat here."

"Pradaria is a great example of the Brazilian Steakhouse experience. They are a little less formal in ambiance and character, but the food is top rate. My only criticisms would be the sausage (more bland than most), the bacon wrapped jalapenos (pimento cheese filling, really?), and the passion fruit mousse ( too runny? Maybe too warm?). I stress that these are only minor complaints, overall this is is a great restaurant."

"This place rocks. Food is just as good as Fogo for half the price. Extensive salad bar, always fresh with good selections, deserts come with your meal and the pineapple is out of this world. The only area which needs improving is the service. We often have plates stacked on the table before someone picks them up. Also, you usually have to ask for drink refills. It appears you don't have an assigned server, everyone seems to help each other out which doesn't work well for them...service is really bad! However, we keep going back for the food. If they can improve the service, this place would be perfect."

"This was our second visit here, prompted only by our voucher that offered a very good deal on dinner for two. I recall that the food the first time around was not bad, but far from spectacular. This visit confirmed those impressions. While I really enjoyed the salad bar, particularly the shrimp cockatil and talapia ceviche, what was supposed to be the star of the meal - the meats - fell short of our expectations.
Having been to all of the major churrascarias in town, we'd come to look forward to certain specialties - for my husband, it's the House Special, and for me, it's the Garlic Beef. Here at Pradaria, both were subpar. My husband actually left hungry - I think that says it all. The service, however, was very good."

"The food was fantastic! No waiting for your entrees was the best part! The only downside was the dessert. Nothing special to offer in terms of dessert and the taste of what they did have mediocre at best. But overall a fantastic experience!"

"We went to Pradaria for the first time last Friday 4/19/2013, this place is at a good location off of Westheimer which is very east to find, great service staff, great salad bar and varities, great meat cuts and cooked to perfection, awesome atmosphere all together, and very relaxing band that played music started at 7 pm. I would recommend it for everyone to at least visit it once and its definitely as good if not better than the Fu** De Ch** in my opinion for less."

"The food was good and plenty, and the service was nice. We were surprised to learn that the fresh limonada, which comes with free re-fill at Angus Steak House and Churrascaria, is not a free re-fill here. When we first arrived and asked, we were told by one of the servers that they were free re-fills. But when we got the bill, we were charged for 8 (there were 4 of us). Being that it's not a high cost item to make and maintain, and that it will keep the customers happy, I think Pradaria should make those fresh limonadas come with free re-fills. Surely at $4/glass, that's more than enough (at a table of 4 x$4/ea=$16) to get at least 3 large bags of lime and a 5 lb bag of sugar to make them.
Good experience. will most likely return"

"I've been to Pradaria several times in the past, however, when I saw the Groupon I took advantage of it. I always thought Pradaria was great and it wouldn't have taken a Groupon to get me in there, however, it was never very busy until the Groupons came out. With that said, I have complaints this time. We had lousy service. We waited long intervals in between for drinks, food, and our check. The servers often walked right past our table without glancing our way. The salad bar is excellent, however, much of the carved meat selection was either too tough or so rare that it was not edible. My guest had the same complaint. It feels as if they have compromised their quality with the discount they offered."

"The flavoring of the steaks was very good. Roasted Pinapple was my favorite. The only side choices, aside from salad, was mashed potatoes or rice. The service was slow and took a long time to get our check. Staff is friendly. Not saying this place is terrible, but I wont be rushing to go back. Overpriced for a casual automoshpere restuarant."
