"In her defense, the waitress was new but regardless it took over 35 minutes to get our drinks! In fact, we had to speak with the manager to remind them that we still had not received our first round of drinks. It then took over 45 minutes to get our appetizers! What's worse, several of our appetizers were COLD, but it didn't even feel worth it to tell them because we knew we would wait even longer to get new ones. Three of us ordered steaks, none of which were cooked as requested. The steaks were supposedly "filets" but cutting through them was like cutting through rubber. I have eaten at a variety of restaurants, but NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HAD SUCH TERRIBLE AND SLOW SERVICE. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!"

"Had looked for a place with a view of Mystic Harbor, the dining room offers only a view of the road, service was terrible and food was as best mediocre, there are a lot of other options that are a lot less expensive"

"Food was very good, but not quite great. We split a nice solid and , even in half, the portion was generous.
We each had the bouillabaisse for an entree. While plentiful and good, the dish was somewhat bland. A little spice would have helped a lot. We had no room for dessert as the dishes befor were plenty.
The wine list was weak.
I would definitely visit again."

"Great food and service. The salad and lobster crepes were delicious. The beef filet was cooked to perfection. The portions were more than adequate. Definitely doggie bags are in order. If their are two of you and you are an average eater you may want share. The wine selections they put as suggestions with the dishes are excellent. Outstanding evening of great food and drink. Little pricey but highly recommend."

"Found this place on a whirlwind weekend with friends and needed a nice dinner to impress a girl but casual enough to WOW my friends, LATITUDE 41 was a home run. The food and wine was impeccable better than I expected and everyone seemed to love what they got. Everyone was wonderful and courteous, which allowed all of us to thoroughly enjoy our night, we sat and talk the night away and never felt rushed or pressured."
