Ferrari's Little Italy & Bakery is located in the heart of Madeira, across from Madeira Kroger. Ferrari's is an authentic Italian Restaurant featuring Northern & Southern fare with excellent value & generous portions. Ferrari's has been operating for over twelve years and is family owned and operated by the Bassano family. The restaurant has two private dining rooms available for private parties, rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings, or family gatherings. We also have an outside patio dining area that is beautifully landscaped with an Italian mural and a stone lighted waterfall. Ferrari's offers full service dining, carry-out, and catering, with an on-premise Italian bakery and Italian grocery.

"We don't get to Ferrari's often but it is always good, hot and familiar food. We should have sat in the back room as it was kind of hard to hear. The server was unusually quiet and reserved for the usual personality of this restaurants servers so maybe it was a bad day. Would always recommend and best salad in town."

"Food was very good with large portions that provided a lunch for the next day. For a bakery that has good stuff, the table bread was unimpressive. Service was enthusiastic and friendly if occasionally disorganized among the several servers. The restaurant section where we were was very loud, to the point of making conversation difficult. When the table for 8 next to us left, it didn't get much quieter to our surprise."

"We made a reservation earlier in the month for 6 pm, as this was a busy night with the prom goers, etc. and well packed out past the doors when we exited our meal around 7:15 pm.
I really liked the spinach and cheese ravioli with red sauce. the bread was great as usual and the dipping well with pesto/red peppers was very tasty. Very nice large salad that my wife and I split, but was extra."

"We have been to Ferraris 3 or 4 times now. Everytime we go, there is at least a 15 to 20 minute wait, inspite of making reservations well in advance. The entrée portions are large and just taste okay. The pizzas on the other hand are very good.

"The food was wonderful. I thought that the lunch portions would be small but was surprised to find that we had so much to eat. Also, my friend and I decided to purchase the ice cream dessert. We informed the waitress that we only wanted something small and we thought that when we chose the ice cream that it would come in a small ice cream glass. Again, to our surprise, it was hugh. I wish the waitress would have let us know how large the portions were as we could have split it and avoided paying for two desserts."

"Really good Italian food, with so many choices on the menu! They offer a variety of sauces, so there is something to please every palate. It's a bit pricey, but they offer smaller portions at a more reasonable cost, and even though I ordered the small portion I had enough to take home for lunch the next day. They also offer daily specials that sounded different and interesting. On this visit, the special was lobster tail over a bed of spaghetti squash with butter sauce. The service was efficient. We will definitely return."

"It has been awhile since I have been to Ferrari's, and not much has changed, both good and bad. The food was good, homey Italian, but the surroundings are looking a little bit worn. The place needs a facelift. Also, our service was only okay. Our waitress did not tell us the specials, we had to ask her to not charge us for the "free" children's meal and we just felt rushed, although it was a Sunday evening and not overly busy."

"We have eaten there several times. The food is always good and the atmosphere is very nice. Their outside area is wonderful. "Food was great. Our server was great. However, we had reservations and when I told the gentleman my husband and I were here and asked if the other couple was here, he said no. We were seated. Got a text from our friends asking where we were and 30 minutes later we were sat with the other couple. They too had told them they were with our party. "This was my first time at Ferrari's in over 10 years and I took my fiance there for Valentine's Day. They had our table ready on time and the server was very knowledgeable regarding appetizers and Wine/Beer selections. She allowed my Fiance to try two white wines to find the best fit for her. The Server came by to check on our table, but allowed us to eat our dinners in peace and was not checking in to much. The portions were very large and we were able to take some food home with us. The price was fair and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. We will be making this a yearly tradition at Ferrari's."

"I went there last minute for Valentines day because I was coming in from out of town. I had no idea what to expect but it was by far one of the best meals I've had. "Was a BIG disappointment, especially for the price. Service was slow (had to wait 45 mins to be seated, even though we had a reservation, and we weren't the only people w/reservations waiting), overly casual--at these prices I expect knowledgeable waitstaff in professional attire, both of which were lacking--and even confrontational/dishonest: the bartender substituted a cheaper glass of wine for the more expensive one ordered, and both he and our waitress refused to correct the mistake (we knew because both glasses tasted the same, though were supposed to be different). The food, while decently made, is rather pedestrian: ingredients weren't fresh/house-made tasting, entrees were unimaginative and poorly balanced."

"We went on Valentine's Day with a reservation. Based on the two times I've been here, I'd recommend making a reservation during prime times. The food is excellent, gourmet-level. The portions are generous, and for the price it is probably the best value you can find in area Italian restaurants. The decor is old-world Italian rustic. Not ultra modern, ultra-slick. If that's what you're going for, that's not Ferrari's. With its red and white checkered table cloths and attentive staff this is a place for romance, family gatherings, or any time you want high quality Italian food without taking out a mortgage."

"We had a reservation at 7:45 pm and didn't get seated until 8:35 pm. No apologies. This basically ruined the overall experience. We will not return."
