"The steaks were perfect. The Prime Rib was the best I have ever been served anywhere in the U.S. that I've been. The service was impeccable. The ambience was outstanding. Everything was as good as it could possibly be. Thank you for an outstanding evening. We will return."

"We love Shula's in Orlando (Swan & Dolphin) and we were very excited about dining here in Birmingham for my birthday. We were sent a "Free entree with purchase of another for my birthday, via the Shula VIP club. Our service was POOR, out waiter was rarely at our table, yet the there were not many people there to dine. We ordered MANY things to fully make up for our "Free" entree. But when given the check (which took 20min. To get) we were charged a 36$ Service charge because we used My Birthday gift from Shula's This was insulting because we were talked "down too" like we were beneath the other customers because we used what we were sent. Then this waiter wanted a tip Above his "Service" charge. We eat in Many fine restaurants...Sad!"

"This was our first visit to Shula's and it was for my wife's birthday. From the moment we arrived, the hostess and wait staff made us feel welcomed and special. The menu offered a great variety of some of our favorite foods that we hadn't been able to enjoy since leaving southwest florida in the fall of 2009.
I was pleasantly pleased the way they made my wife feel "special" on her special day.

It was a great experience, fantastic food and can't wait to return. Where ever we have lived, we've managed to find a restaurant for those special occasions. Shula's has definitely become that place for us."

"I personaly didn't like the angus beef steak, but my partner did. The reason I not a big fan of thick cut steaks and i like bone in steaks give steak much better flavor.A variety of steaks cuts would be better."

"We went on Valentine's night..early reservation as we were told busy night. Not so much when we were there, but it was 5:45p res. Service was good waiter very polite and friendly, food on time and and quite tasty. Had a Valentine special 15oz bone in petie filet/and 2 7oz lobster tails and a salad...good flavor on steak and the lobster tails were a good size and flavor was good ! A bit expensive but knew that going in...overall a good experience."

"The food was very good, however the service was aweful. We were seated and waited 25 minuets and finally went to manager to ask if we were going to get a waiter. Once the waiter came he was not as helpful as in the past. The fire alarm keep going off as well. I would not go back to Shulas based on this expeirance. When spending $150.00 for dinner you should be taken care of."

"Inside needs a little renovating compared to all the other Shula's I've been to. Upon entering the restaurant the door to the managers office was wide open and there was stuff everywhere. There was no hostess at the stand for some time, ,so I walked around a little trying to get noticed by a server or somebody so I could be seated. Other than those two mishaps the food was great and so was my waiter."
