PARADISO 37, a high energy restaurant and bar will feature North, Central and South American favorites along with a tequila bar of over 37 kinds of tequila, signature margaritas and an international wine bar all in a colorful and lively setting with a circular deck suspended over Village Lake. "I've had dinner here on many occasions. The kids love the min-burgers. Service is good but it is a busy place on the weekends. Overall a good place to have dinner while at downtown disney. I just don't get all the girls holding menus and dancing out front. Makes this place less ideal if you ask me. Almost like a strip bar handing out flyers. Folks and families will come here regardless of the cha-cha menu holders."

"Paradiso was recommended by a greeter from the Old Keywest Resort when I asked where we could get some good nachos. The food was a very welcome change from the usual Disney fare and the nachos were delicious! We also tried the quesadillas (w/chicken), the grilled chicken sandwich and the burger w/pineapple- everything was really good! I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a casual, but delicious meal."

"Good food and atmosphere. Waiter very friendly and helpful. A bit pricey but good for a special, vacation meal. Problem with making reservation--we were on-time but then told we had to wait 30 minutes and were given a 'beeper'. It took 35 minutes before we were seated. So why did we make a reservation?"

"This was our second visit to Paradiso 37, and we returned this trip based on having enjoyed our last visit in 2011. Unfortunately, we have nothing positive to say about the food or the drinks. We sent back one drink for "revisions" and refused a second. Both of us had tacos -- I had fish and my companion had chicken -- and we found the dishes lacking in flavor and, in the case of the chicken tacos, inedible. The tortilla shells were greasy-hard and when you bite into one, it was "chewy", like a very stale shell. The chicken was dry and tough, as if it had been sitting out under a heat lamp. All in all, I would not go back and cannot recommend it for drinks or food."

"What a great gem in the heart od Downtown Disney. We upgraded from 2 to 4 and th were very accommodating. Had a great table on the deck over look the lake.. we had tickets for the Indigo Girls concert so we needed to be in and out of there in a matter of an hour or so and our waiter and the rest of the staff rocked it. we got our food on time and we made the concerte! Delicious. .."

"Food was great, but not worth the poor service. My wife has a disability and we asked for a close table. They first walked us to one end of the restaurant, only to find the table taken. Then they walked us to the other end, to find someone just being sat at our table. After ten more minutes, my wife had to climb stairs to a table for four ... we were 5. I was stuck in an active aisle at the end of table. The waiter moved us to a larger table in his section (he saw my discomfort and annoyance at this point), and the hostess was disturbed that the waiter took initiative to solve a problem. No apologies or adjustments from the hostess station. They blamed it on the reservation system. They were totally indifferent to our run around."

"Waitress got order wrong. She sent chicken burrito to our table. I ordered beef. When they brought correct order to table my friend was already done with her dinner. The food was not hot and I didnot enjoy it at all. Waitress made the comment that it was her BAD that the order was wrong.. Very unprofessional.... Sorry. First negative time at paradisos.... "This Downtown Disney restaurant is right in the middle of the walk, with great outdoor seating for people watching. The food is well portioned and the drinks are oversized. However, I was unimpressed with the service of the host staff. They were unorganized, even with a reservation, we were seated after two parties with the same number of people who did not have reservations. Add to the fact that my reservation was marked as a no show - not likely to return after this issue. Completely turned off."

"Paradiso 37 is a very busy restaurant located in Downtown Disney at Walt Disney World; reservations recommended. We had 2 appetizers and shared an entree. Our appetizers, Peruvian Beef Skewers and El Salvadorian Pupasas, were prepared in the South American tradition and were very good. Our entree, Tres Tacos (fish), could have been seasoned better which would have helped develop the taste of the fish. I ordered the large Patron margarita and I was disappointed but our waiter recommended a pinot noir which was very good. Overall I would give Paradiso 37 a B+. Wait staff was very friendly and attentive considering the volume of patrons in the restaurant. Good suggestion OpenTable!"

"This was my second time eating here. First visit was good, but this past weekend it was just atrocious. First of all, the service was sub-par. From the minute we arrived, we felt as though we were being pushed out. Issues: drink order never correct, short ribs very fatty, pineapple burger not cooked well and no one asked, rushed thought entire service.. Server was overwhelmed and not paying attention."

"Made the mistake of making a reservation for Valentine's Day. Restaurant had both special menu and off-the-menu. Upon arrival we were told that our res. was for the special menu in a special section, and if we wanted regular seating with full menu there would be a fifty minute wait. After explaining that I had made a reservation for "dinner" and some argument we were seated in the "special section" and with full menu. The beginning aside, we had a lovely dinner with a very attentive waiter who could not have been nicer. And the food was of the same high quality we have come to expect at Pardiso 37. Almost left--very happy we stayed as it was well worth it."

"My wife and I went here for a night out and were so pleasantly surprised! the line up was huge, but they paid special attention to our Open table reservation. It was a cool February night, but they put us by request right under a outdoor heater, where we had a great seat for the live music, professional salsa dancers and fireworks over Epcot. We chatted with several of the other tables around us, and had a blast. We can't wait to go back!

"I really can't say enough about this place. We went on a Friday night. We had not planned ahead and had realized the wait anywhere in downtown disney was going to be horrendous. I jumped on open table and found this place had 9pm open, less than an hour away. I booked it, skeptical of any place in the area not fully booked on a Friday night. We got there at 8:45 and they seated us right away(there were about 10 people in the wait line). Our server came within 2-3 minutes to take our drink order. My drink from the bar was delivered in less than 5 minutes. My wife got suggestions from the server, who was very helpful. I had the skirt steak with chimichurri(Devine), and my wife had the citrus barbecue ribs(mustardy and tangy). Fantastic!"
