"The outside of Ryan's Bistro is nothing special, but it is deceiving! The food is outstanding. We started with the stuffed dates, the bestselling appetizer. Amazing! My husband wasn't impressed, but only because he doesn't like dates. Ever. The lobster bisque was only okay, but the entrees made up for it. The Brie chicken was delicious, and my husband said the braised short ribs were as well. Dessert? A solid rendition of creme brûlée, and bananas foster. We will definitely be returning to Ryan's Bistro!"

"We love this restaurant normally, one of our fav. This time we went for mothers day brunch and service was way off. We had to wait almost 15 min. just for someone to greet us and give us water. They delivered our meal before taking our starter buffet plates...and we had to ask them to take them after they dropped off all the meals! And the steak was really tough, though rest of food was super. We will return since this was not the norm."

"Took my mom to lunch for her birthday. Neither of us had been to Ryan's Bistro before. It was the perfect setting. Would also be great for a date! It's a very quaint and relaxed atmosphere! The food tasted wonderful and the presentation of the food was nice. I will definitely be going back soon!"

"Our second visit and was not disappointed. Again, our reservation was a true reservation with our table waiting for us. Our waitress was enjoyable and very efficent. The scallops were excellent, a little salty to my taste, but done to perfection. Can't wait to return."

"Our table was actually reserved for us, how refreshing! The lobster bisque was quite good with chunks of lobster and a lingering hint of cognac. The scallops were a little salty for my taste, but they were perfectly cooked and the overall taste was oh so delicious; I would not hesitate to have them again. I was disappointed in the mushroom risotto; it didn't really compliment the scallops. My husband, a true fish fan and enjoyed his swordfish immensely. His tomato basil risotto was fantastic! I missed not having bread offered. Unfortunately, our waitress struggled throughout the night, which was handled nicely by the manager. We will definitely return."

"Ryan's Bistro was the perfect place for my friend and I to meet. We had a lot to discuss and we wanted someplace where we could enjoy good food and have privacy to talk. We were not disappointed. We stayed for nearly four hours in our corner spot, eating, talking, and drinking coffee. Our server made us feel welcome every minute we were there.
Everything on the menu is prepared fresh and the chef is brilliant; so to say the food is outstanding is an understatement. My gluten free dinner was delicious. I am anxious to take my husband back to Ryan's Bistro for a romanitic evening. It has become my favorite choice for dinner out."

"Although there wasnt a ton of choices for gluten free, the short ribs I had were very good. I was a little surprised to hear the waitress list of specials to the table beside us when we didnt know that there were any. It was very loud, but quite a few groups in on Saturday night, so that is to be expected.
We were super impressed with the tableside bananas foster, which is a must do. We felt like we had to order dessert to sort of salvage dinner in a way, because I couldn't get what I wanted to eat for dinner, but it was exceptional none the less."

"We had the Valentines Special Menu. Appetizers of "Crispy Jumbo Shrimp w/ Lime Chili sauce".just the right punch of spice and "Grilled Lamb Lollipops with Cucumber Mint Sauce" were delicious starters. Next "Fig and Roasted Heirloom Beet salads" were hard to put aside. We each picked an entree. The Grilled Beef Filet with creamy mashed potatoes and Madera Truffle sauce was bold and full of flavor. I The "Pan Roasted Fresh Sea Bass in lemongrass pesto (yum), faro risotto (too heavy not creamy enough) and garlic chili haricot verts (too much chili).Too many flavors competing there. Desserts:Red Wine Poached Pear with Creme Anglaise- as delicious as it sounds & Chocolate Torte w/hazelnuts & raspberry. What can I say..It was chocolate"

"Having never been to Ryan's Bistro before, we were pleasantly surprised by the unique, eclectic atmosphere. While sitcoms played at the bar, patrons could partake in Keno, stare at a screen which displayed classic artwork at random, all the while enjoying a quiet ambiance and sophisticated glass of wine. The food was out quickly but it was clear that it wasn't prepared "fast." The service was excellent and all-in-all the evening was superb."

"Made our Open Table reservation for Valentines Day dinner. Our table was ready right on Que. Ryan's had a set menu for this evening and everything we ordered was excellent. We both ordered the steak special for our main courses and even though ordered at different degrees on "doneness" you could have cut either with your butter knife and such flavor!
You could not have asked a better setting for a nice relaxing romantic dinner. Once inside you would never know that Ryan's is in an small strip mall.

"Table was open when we arrived for our reservation. Clean. Comfortable. They took care of the extra little things. We stayed a long time and they made us feel welcome. They did not over pester us for more drinks, although we did consume our share and then some. Tab was acccurate. I would pry say though the only slight surprise was your wine list. For being a wine bar, I would have imagined it to be more well rounded. Only one muscota and one pieceporter. Limited options on cabs."
