"Local Hawaii people sometimes don't go to places like Morton's because of it's considered more formal and expensive. We love it here and also love our server MIsa, who makes sure we get he best deal available on that day. And the portions are huge, plenty for big eaters or to take home for steak breakfast! Ask for Misa and ask for the specials."

"My daughter and I dined at Morton's on Mother's Day. I made the reservation so we could try their special Mother's Day menu. Everything tasted great and our server was very attentive. Our water was alway's filled and we didn't have to ask for anything as it was always offered before we thought of it. We will return and are seriously thinking of sending the father's depending on what they decide they really want to do."

"Morton's has the best steaks in town. I just wish they would bring back the great specials they used to offer, such as the dinner for 2 for $115 or dinner for 1 for $60 with your choice of appetizer, AND your choice of soup or salad, AND your choice of entree, AND your choice of side, AND your choice of dessert for $60. Offering specials is what sets Morton's apart from the other fine dining restaurants and is what keeps us coming back."

"I had my favorite chicago style bone in ribeye and my wife had the halibit off the new fresh menu. Fantastic as always. Even got a $100 gift certificate so we could gift this experience to someone special."

"Ran out of dessert on Mother's Day menu. I was surprised considering I had an early reservation (5:30). There were no substitutes for the creme brulee although the server displayed a cold one after our meal. She offered it as an additional take home item. I question why it was not offered in place of the hot one?

Steak was average. No flavor."

"Our steak chocies, Cajun Rib Eye and the Bone-in Rib Eyes were to die for... super tasty, super soft and cooked perfectly! We had appetizers, including side dishes: Asparagus, Wild Mushrooms, Wedge Salad, Garlic Smashed Potatoes and Truffle Fries and everything was very, very delish! Our waiter Troy was very good, very helpful in selecting our choices. I must say, all the staff that worked at our table were polite, professional and all seem to be on-sync. The only flaw we saw were the two girls at the front as no one greeted us upon entering or asked if we had reservations. It took the Manager to ask us about our reservations.. he even personally came over to ask how our dinner was. We will definitely return!!"

"We have a party of 5. Ordered many difernt thing off teh menu including their "USDA Prime" Ribeye.
Food was sub par. Cream Corn had pumpkin pie spices in it?, The pork Chop has a crab shell-seafood taste to it?
An the worst part, thew steaks were not prime. Not juiciness or tenderness. Dry and tough."

"We took a very good friend for her birthday dinner to Morton's and was pleasantly surprised by the customized menu and table decorations (they were notified via Open Table's comment area). Service was wonderful - professional yet very friendly and warm. My friend loves steaks and Morton's doesn't disappoint. The servings are huge (as are the prices!) but well worth a special occasion."

"We took our grandson for his 17th birthday, they presented him with a specially designed menu with his name on it and a keepsake photograph of the night. That made the evening a little more fun. The main course meals were prepared as requested and enjoyed by all. The creme brulee was delicious."

"Morton's is very consistent in service and quality. This visit was to celebrate my daughter's and my birthdays. We were seated promptly upon arrival and were given the time to discuss the meal and drink choices as well as informed of the specials. My daughter is quite the foodie so we had to remind her about saving room for dessert - my favorite - the Gran Marnier soufflé. Loving lamb, my daughter chose the rack of lamb while my wife and I went back to our old favorite - porterhouse steak, rare. My daughter wanted Clos du Bois Marlstone so we went with that. We had a thoroughly enjoyable birthday dinner."

"I went on my birthday only for the reason of eating prime rib. When we got there you always needed to reserve your prime rib so I asked if I could. At that time I was told that it was off the menu! I was so disappointed. BUT our server KOA did a great job! thank you KOA!"

"We went here for our anniversary because we wanted to compare it to Ruth's Chris steakhouse and I felt it was a little more pricey. The service was attentive and the steak was decent. "My girlfriend has been to Morton's once seven years ago. She never got to eat there because thier oven broke. Every customer recieved an apology letter with a typed $50 credit on the letter and a manager's business card. We brought that letter and card last night and they still accepted it, no questions asked. You know the food is great but the service from begining to end is outstanding. I need to go back. I reccomend Morton's to everyone!! My girlfriend and I also got a free picture taken and developed for her birthday!!"

"Morton's the Steakhouse at Ala Moana knows how to make celebrants and special occasions special! Celebrated my 70th birthday with dinner there. My menu was personalized, there was confetti on the table cloth, and I was gifted with a complimentary picture of my husband and me. A complimentary dessert was also provided. It's the little personal touches that will have me recommending Morton's. A plus was that my filet mignon was done to perfection,,,,,,,,,,, it just melted in my mouth!!!"

"When in Hawaii there is only so much ahi, mahi mahi and sushi that you can consume before there is some degree of aquatic fatigue. So what is the answer to this dillema? Another type of food that has parents - beef!
Oahu has several outstanding steak houses. Their commonality is a mouth-watering array of thick, tender,aged and very expensive red meat. The vast majority of the Honolulu steak houses serve excellent food. So how do you decide which restaurant to choose? The answer is quite simple - Morton's. The reason? They provide exemplarary service. Morton's rises high above it's competition by the very basic restaurant tenet of making each customer feel like a highly prized diner. Particularly, Tim & Edward are super star servers. Enjoy"

"We went to celebrate our son's birthday. We had the best time because of the staff. It was a delightful surprise on how special they made him feel They decorated the table and took photos for us to keep as mementos. I highly recommend Morton's to celebrate anything. Also, I have to mention we went on Easter and despite how busy they were, they pulled this off. Kudos to them and thanks!"

"Generally the overall food and service would be above average. In this case. No! This was the worst service I experienced from an establishment like this. We were seated and forgotten throughout the evening. Waited for water, beverages to give out food selection. Add 15-20 minutes between each of items."

"I had made reservations on line and checked off that we were celebrating a Birthday. The morning of our reservation I had received a phone call confirming our reservation and asking me the name of the person that were celebrating the Birthdya dinner for. I had told the person over the phone and she asked me how you spelt his name as it was a Hawaiian Name. I didn't think anything of it after our phone call and when we came in for dinner that night we were pleasantly greeted by two people at the front and when we walked ot our table there was confetti (not alot, just perfect) and a Personlized Menu that said "Happy Birthday Ikaika" on it. We were both so SURPRISED that Morton's made it a point to make his special Night even more special."
