"I couldn't say enough about this restaurant. It was above and beyond what we expected. We requested an outdoor table on opentable, but upon arrival discovered the table automatically assigned to us was inside. (I recommend calling the restaurant to confirm special requests.) They went out of their way to make sure our dining experience was perfect... even set a table on the patio since all other outside tables were taken. It was a better location in my opinion. We were in the sun, but the temperature in May was perfect-warm and a slight breeze. You receive an amuse bouche before dinner and ladies get a long stem red rose after dinner. Everyone was delightful, genuine, courteous, professional, warm and friendly. We will go back!"

"My husband and I with another couple went to Beach Walk at Henderson Inn this past weekend around 6:30pm. The first impression when you set foot in the dining area is the beautiful view of the golf. Wish we would have ate outside but it was a little windy due to the beach weather, other than that the shrimp and grits I had was very delicious the bread presentation was good also. Everyone enjoyed there dinner at the view. After dinner we sat outside and just enjoyed the ambience, ohh and the waiter we had was excellent."

"The wait staff was very professional and the location on the beach next to a state park is wonderful but management was very slow to admit and react to grouper served as the imported Scottish salmon Chet's special - over 15 minutes before an offer to comp the grouper after 3 promises by the waiter that management was looking into the matter. The offer to comp the meal only came after it was obvious I wasn't eating the grouper and the offer of a free dessert was turned down. Is bait and switch standard practice for this place that markets itself as the only fine dining on the beach? Instead of a romantic dinner, I shared some of my husband's while we waited for management to show and we had desserts so as not to leave hungry."

"We used this 'cafe' for a night away from seafood in this land of the cobia and other great fish choices. Venison, lamb and filet were the choices - all were well-prepared and presented. This was a windy night so most customers were inside, but there was one couple with a table 20 feet from the water in the sand which was occupied until almost dark. This was a also a relief from the touristy seafood grill/sports bar combos which are prevalent."

"Best part is we could walk there from our beach rental home! Nicer, upscale place adjacent to the state park with fantastic unbroken view of the ocean and sunset from every table. I was planning on fish, but was pleasantly surprised they had venison loin which I never pass up, very nicely prepared. All tables have a good view of the windows and we watched the sun set during dinner. It was too cool to sit outdoors (beachfront) but that looked to be a very nice option."

"The best dining experience I have had in NWFL. Ambiance, service, and food were all impeccable. I am not sure anyone will believe me, but I think the best vegetables I have ever had were the brussels sprouts. Yes, they were that good. Beach Walk is a definite for any special occasion."

"The soup of the day was a smoky tomato and cheese broth mixture that had a spicy note and a spoonful of crab meat - it was very good. Also, the tuna I had for my entree was served perfectly rare, with a serving of spinach that mixed well with the broth that circled the plate - it was excellent. For dessert I highly recommend the creme brulee and the flourless chocolate cake served with vanilla bean ice cream. The restaurant had a good wine selection with plenty of options by the glass. Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgable about the menu. Since it was our first trip there, his assistance was appreciated."
