Suede Blue is the finest steaks matched with the freshest seafood. All of our steaks are served with your choice of potato. We also feature Berkshire Pork chops, Australian Rack of lamb to local free range chicken.
Then we move into the Blue section of our menu featuring the famous Seafood tower with Lobster, shrimp, oysters and Snow Crab.
In addition every night we feature 4 fresh fish dishes with items like Hawaiian Swordfish, Sea bass, Ahi Tuna and many more. Chef Brian Hawkins explores the vendors for the freshest fish on the market.
